good quality table, good value for money

Ordered an extending table from Fusion Furniture. Really pleased with the high quality materials and attractive design, good value for money. Table arrived flat packed. Assembly instructions were mostly clear although not entirely in clear in one section so we made a mistake but it was fairly easily rectified. Delivery took a couple of weeks I think, with updates closer to the time including a phone call about 15 mins before arrival.

We had Adien call out and price up…

We had Adien call out and price up wardrobes for us, we found him professional and very knowledgeable. He came up with storage solutions we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Once we placed our order Adien was at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I was a little apprehensive as there was no showroom. But I really couldn't have received better service. Everything ran smoothly and delivery happened bang on time, fitted by two very nice fellas. 100 % perfect service. The quality and finish on the wardrobe is outstanding. Happy to recommend.

Very happy

Well after a bad experience with communication with the company due mainly to covid, I can now give this company 5 stars. The furniture arrived today and is of excellent quality and the delivery driver with white glove delivery was fantastic. Thankyou so much!

Very poor delivery times

Ordered on the 7th July nest of tables delivery stated as 10 to 20 days 8th July e mail to say order being processed 4rt August e mail received saying this a courtesy e mail to say order has been processed by distribution centre as is due to be passed over to carriers in next 72 hours ( 3 days) once scanned into their depot they will contact me to arrange delivery we anticipate delivery will be in contact in the next 5 to 10 days Therefore do not take notice of there delivery times as it’s a joke

Ongoing issue…

I put a bad review on here a couple of weeks ago because this company took my money for goods that I still have not received. They also put in their reply I had been updated at all times the only time I was told about delay was when I phoned them. After my review I was contacted by a individual who said he was company director and would sort the issue out. I was told my furniture would be here this week and he would phone me Monday to confirm. Well Monday has gone and no phone call I took my review off because I thought the issue had been dealt with. Now I will be contacting my credit card company to request a refund and will not be taking my review down . That is all the so called company director was concerned about because it could damage his reputation. Steer clear not trustworthy.

I love my garden sofa

I love my garden sofa. It took a while to arrive but that was stated when I ordered. It looks great in the garden and is very comfortable. My only issue is that one of the cushions is damaged and I haven't had a replacement yet. A woman from Fusion has been regularly keeping in touch and apologising but it seems there is an issue with the supplier.

Poor customer service, always someone elses fault

I ordered garden furniture in March with an expected delivery date of end of May. With no communication from Fusion, I chased in June to be told my order would be arriving in July. July delivery date arrived, nothing from Fusion again, so chased again. I was told by customer services that it would now be August, although after pressing the Manager, he said not to bet my life on that date. This company is very quick to blame Covid and supply chain, and take no responsibility for their failures. Even now the website is showing Low Stock delivery in 5-10 days.

I ordered garden furniture in march and was told a delivery date of end of may, end of may came and went contacted the company and was told end of june again end of june came and went contacted the company again and low and behold told end of july which is now approaching fast and have had no communication with this company i am starting to feel this is a scam so frustrated

Garden furniture

My garden ratten coner sofa set got delivered yesterday morning and it's absolutely beautiful (in the time frame too) ... It would of been nice to have received regular updates regarding the process but I found ringing oak furniture (sister company) was easy to get through and talk to someone who was always helpful and reassuring me.. Thank you 😊

Very poor - do not use

Furniture ordered in April, was advised it would be in stock in May, then early June still no update, phone doesn't get answered an online chat is a waste of time. Very poor company to deal with, no idea on the quality of the furniture as it hasn't arrived and not sure it ever will...

Placed an order for some rattan garden…

Placed an order for some rattan garden furniture in March (like many others over £1000 paid upfront), knowing this was pre-order for May. Had to contact at the beginning of May to see if that had come into stock, advised no this would now be the beginning of June. Have received no updates from Fusion if this has now come into stock. Have emailed - no reply, have tried to telephone and all I get are answer phone messages saying office is closed (but I am calling during opening hours they are quoting) or that the mailbox is full. Would love to know if and when this furniture is in stock as website now saying sold out for season!! Too late to order anything else now for the summer. NOT HAPPY! Edit 1 - One good thing so far from this review - I have now been contacted by Fusion Furniture and getting some traction on the delivery and status of this order. Let's hope I can amend this review to 5 stars when my order is received.

Avoid this company as It seems it might be a scam

It seems it might be a scam! We also ordered some rattan furniture for the garden, however we have paid in full on the 23rd of March (Over £1000) only to be told a month later that the delivery was to be delayed and would now be delivered in May. End of May we get an email saying delayed till end of June. They are still advertising our items as in stock on their website so I 'm thinking that I've been had over. Have called, messaged, emailed. No further responses from Sam Hussein. Don't waste your money

What ever you do do not buy from this…

What ever you do do not buy from this company. Bought a unit from them, received but the unit is not as described, very poor quality and not oak as was supposed to of been. Not getting anywhere with customer services so will be taking them to court for false advertising. They will not show any bad reviews which is something I should of been suspicious of. Yes a very disgruntled customer and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

They accept order when they don't intend to deliver

I ordered ~2k worth of garden furniture in March to be delivered on Apr 21 via Fusion Furniture Store. I received an email, etc. that they will get in touch with the delivery dates when it gets closer to the delivery time. Came April and I have not received any update. I got in touch with them asking for an update (they are apparently linked to Oak Furniture House somehow). I was told there are no products, there will be no delivery, no nothing. I looked at their website and every item that states available are also not available. I am asking for a refund but I have already filled in a credit application and paid the deposit. This has ruined my credit score and getting a refund from the credit company would take at least 2 weeks so I cannot order my furniture for another 2 weeks. I have lost a month due to their imbecility and they would have happily ignored me if I have not gotten in touch with them. What a joke.

I preordered a £800+ garden furniture…

I preordered a £800+ garden furniture set which was due in on the 15th March. The website informed me that someone would be in touch shortly after to arrange delivery. No one contacted me. Anytime I called I was told the office was closed. Web chat was most unhelpful. Eventually I was able to get an estimated date of arrival into the country but still had to chase that up. After complaining I received 2 calls on the 23rd - 1 to apologise and another to tell me that the furniture was at the warehouse and that I would be contacted within the next day to arrange delivery as a priority due to the companies lack of communication. It was no surprise when I was not contacted. Now I can’t get through on the phone and we chat advise me that I will be phoned within 10 working days. Which is what they keep saying. Shocking communication and customer service from this company and still no garden furniture or idea when/if it will get delivered. Update: 2.04.21 Still no idea of delivery date. Keep getting told that I’ll be contacted to arrange delivery and it never happens. The company keep blaming the courier but they should be sorting it out!! Update 2: we were finally given a delivery date on the 6th - it was supposed to be delivered today. I wasn’t surprised when I received a phone call this morning to tell me that they have messed up the delivery and can’t deliver anymore. I’ve taken a day off work to be home and bow it’s not even going to be delivered. They’ve said they will deliver tomorrow but I am not holding my breath. I will be claiming for a full refund very soon. Eventually I received my furniture £150 out of pocket for the 2 days off work I ended up having to take to actually receive the delivery. I spoke to the company on multiple occasions. I’ve been offered £20 off my next shop (no thanks!), a rattan cleaning kit (no thank you) and eventually a patio heater which I was then told was out of stock. A few weeks ago I randomly received the rattan cleaning kit which I declined. I’m guessing that they are keen for me to take down my review 🤷‍♀️

I’ll keep this factual

I’ll keep this factual. I’m not here to ruin business at this current time due to operational challenges. 1/ Ordered 2 items via Fusion Furniture from a Company called Besp-oak in Coventry. 13th July. Both items were in stock according to their website with a lead time of 20 days for in stock items. 2/ Long delay much longer than stated, got in touch, large item OOS until October and smaller item to be delivered in September. Possibly due to Lockdown so was patient, but was never informed at the time of ordering which was the company’s oversight and caused much of the issues. The items were finally delivered but sadly damaged on three separate occasions and were of very poor quality from the Evelyn oak range from Besp-oak. Director of the Fusion did contact me today with genuine apology, as it appears this was a poor batch from Besp-oak Evelyn range. As many small businesses have been caught out by home-working etc it has obviously been a very stressful and testing time. I appreciate that, he will review my case and has already put measures in place to prevent this occurring again. My advice would be that if you are ordering the Evelyn range from Besp-oak to ask that it is checked prior to it being delivered as the quality seems variable. I am sure that other ranges of products are of good quality from this company and Fusion Furniture as it seems they have other good reviews but sadly not this particular range at the time of my order. I believe this issue is now being investigated.
