Poor customer service, always someone elses fault
I ordered garden furniture in March with an expected delivery date of end of May. With no communication from Fusion, I chased in June to be told my order would be arriving in July. July delivery date arrived, nothing from Fusion again, so chased again. I was told by customer services that it would now be August, although after pressing the Manager, he said not to bet my life on that date. This company is very quick to blame Covid and supply chain, and take no responsibility for their failures. Even now the website is showing Low Stock delivery in 5-10 days.
