Very high quality furniture, ordered a marble table and stylish chairs. Customer service were very polite and delivery team were great too and able to choose delivery date and kept well informed. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that on the website, the items were showing as in stock and delivery within 10-20 days. But upon ordering and after paying, they told me the chairs weren’t actually in stock and the 10-20 days delivery window in fact started about 16 days after placing the order. Despite that, I am very happy with the items and would recommend and use again.

Purchased a 6 seater garden set called Royalcraft Garden Cannes in mocha brown from Fusion Furniture. Fusion called to ask was delivery date convenient, garden furniture arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. Really good quality furniture and exactly like image on website. Looks lovely in garden and we have already put it to good use. What I was really impressed with was the customer service, Fusion emailed to ask how delivery had been and were we pleased with the product, not often receive customer care like this. I have recommended the website to friends and family and would definitely revisit when looking for furniture.

Ordered this product online, and within a few days was given some delivery dates which I was unable to make. I telephoned customer service who sorted out another one to suit me. I was kept informed as to delivery time slot and advised on the day. The delivery was quick and efficient. I am delighted with the product which is even better than expected and looks great in my conservatory. I would recommend furniture from Fashion.

We placed our order for a Maze Rattan Dining Set when stock was expected a month later. True to their word, it was delivered on time. We’ve asked a couple of questions since and our emails have been answered the same day. April has been polite, helpful and friendly. A great company to deal with- thank you Fusion Furniture!

I made a purchase of a chest of drawers from this family run business. It was delivered unknowingly with a defect drawer due to a fault in the material being oak. I sent an email and 2 photo's to the store and thus began which I can only describe as a fiasco with the manufacture who wanted the whole unit sent back with the original package which by now had been disposed of. There was no problem with the remaining drawers or the cabinet. However the manufacturer insisted and this became an issue that went on for well over a month. Eventually I was given a direct refund by Fusion Furniture so that the fault could be repaired and which has since been accomplished. I would like to complement Fusion Furniture for the part they played in this instance and particularly Claudette.

Absolutely gorgeous rattan furniture (#TheKingston) Excellent quality, easy to set up (one man band, and a 3 year old!) was the final feature piece to our garden - can’t praise enough how good it looks, and how comfy and well structured the furniture is Customer service was excellent (#Anuuj) and prompt with queries 4 star simply due to minor delay in delivery - albeit, was not a real delay as we were pre-warned of potential / contingent extra time due to Corona-Virus...which, fair enough, just had to be patient Thank you, and team - will most certainly recommend and buy again

Great product at good price, delivery company kept us informed and helpful about changing delivery date. Only complaint was lack of communication from Fusion Furniture after purchase to before delivery, good after delivery communication. If communication had been better rating would have been 5 stars. Would still recommend and would buy from again

I found the customer service excellent the person who took my order went out of his way to get my coffee tables for Christmas. Items came very well packaged. The tables are better than I expected much heavier and more solidly built. Grey top showing the oak grain and pale grey legs looks amazing ! Very pleased indeed

Great product, prompt delivery, good communication, no concerns

We purchsed a Maze Rattan Peach Daybed for our garden after seeing it on the website. We were absolutely delighted when it arrived and the service we received was excellent. We were contacted with adequate notice for the delivery, the driver provided us with some hints and tips for building the bed which proved invaluable. The quality of the product was even better than we envisaged and it is a beautiful feature in our garden.

Ordered a dining table on the 2nd of January and it’s already been delivered. I paid for assembly and the delivery guys were amazing!! They put up the dining table and took away all the packaging, I was given a 3 hour time slot and it was all hassle free. Will definitely be using this company again.
