Updated review. My first flight went ok. Even though I had to pay more after already paying for my tickets. The second time I booked 3 tickets for my family from Houston to Denver. When my family went to check in at the airport they said the tickets weren’t paid for. I contacted the company and they issued me new tickets for another flight the same day. They said the flight got cancelled. And then they said that they were having a system technical issue. So Andres said I would get my new boarding pass in 30 minutes. I called back he kept telling me to be patient but my family has 1 hour before the plane leaves. 30 minutes turned into 4 hours, he got upset and hung up in my face. They are very rude and don’t care about what you have going on. Long story short they issued me a refund because they couldn’t get my boarding pass. Now I know they must be the middleman and couldn’t get the tickets. Which is crazy because I would have just went through somewhere else. My family woke up at 5:30 am and now they are just at the airport waiting for nothing. And they paid $40 to get there with Lyft. Save the headache and go somewhere else.
Beware of FriendzTravel Scam I recently attempted to book a flight from STL to DAL through FriendzTravel, which I found via Google. They offered a Southwest Airlines ticket for $70, but after giving my details, the ticket status remained “in progress.” When I called customer support, I was told the price had increased by $298 and offering for discounted price for extra $50, and they tried to process my payment again. I became suspicious, checked reviews, and discovered others had experienced the same issue. Fortunately, my bank didn’t process the payment. The representative even gave me her personal number (+1-559-239-1307), which felt even more suspicious. Avoid this site—it’s a scam, and the positive Trustpilot reviews seem fake.

Simon lied about the cost of the flights and luggage. After booking a round trip flight double what is charged normally. Then I get screwed on paying for luggage. $210 to check to bags is crazy. Don’t use this service unless you want to be scammed aand lied to. If I could give no stars I would.

I made a reservation and confirmed by pushing the confirm button. The computer told me that it was pending. I called and spoke to Simon who told me the flight had no more seats at the $94.18 price. He offered me the same flight at $134.98. After pondering the situation, I accepted it. The Indian CSR, “Simon” was kind and helped me through their unusual process.
He was very patient and understanding!
Jenny did a good job on getting me a discounted deal for my flight tickets. I liked the customer service as well, responsive and to the point. Will get back to them for my future trips.

This company is a huge SCAM Do not book with them I booked a flight with this company but never received my eticket. I was told I would receive it within 24 hours which I never got. I called to speak with someone and was told that I had to pay an extra $90 after I already sent $151.00. After 2day pass still no ticket. I called again now they’re telling me the flight went up $400 more dollars and that I have to pay. Witch I declined and asked for a refund on they had the nerve to tell me it’s non refundable so I just disputed with my bank.
