Jenny was the solution to a stressful and frustrating process until my ticket was canceled by agency WHAT A SCAM SINCE ONCE CONFIRMED NO REFUNDS AND NON TRANSFERABLE
Below is the review I initially made ... However an hr before I had to leave my house to go to the airport I went to the southwest app where I had already checked in for my flight and had my boarding pass only now when I searched my confirmation number it was telling me my ticket had been cancelled. I called southwest to find out what was going on and they informed me the cardholder reported the charge as fraud ... Yet the card used was mine and my husbands. Upon further investigating the initial charge for my ticket was still listed as pending and their policy is transactions cannot be disputed until the transaction is completed. Thus this company canceled ticket by reporting my transaction as fraud and whats funny no one ever contacted me emailed nothing to advise me of this imagine how horrible and frustrating that would be to arrive for my flight and when scanning my boarding pass finding out all of this... Mind u my husband and two young sons were also on this flight and I purchased their tickets with the same company using the same card and their tickets were never canceled. When I called the agency seeking immediate resolution I was told to send an email and assured of a callback within 15-20 mins... That was at 11:41 its now 12:32 no email response and no call I had to borrow money from my mom had to wake her up in the middle of the night so I could buy the last ticket available to be on the same flight as my children while these people dry their feet scratching their head tryijgnto figure out how they royally screwed this one up!!! My advice save urself a headache unnecessary frustration and time and just use the airline ... They have the ability to provide immediate resolve seems like a scam to me since they claim once booking is confirmed no refunds non transferable... O also my ticket want cancelled when jenny was texting me asking me plz do a review which was around 730 pm funny how after my review posted this all happened and the phone number she gave me was no longer working either ... I had been dealing with other travel agencies over the course of 5 hrs trying to get my tickets for a last minute flight. I wish I had used friendztravel and spoken to Jenny first because I would’ve had 4 1/2 hrs freed up to pack instead of worry and stress. Jenny hopped on the chat initially with me then she reached out via txt message ensuring I had a direct line of contact with her and then finalized everything with me over the phone in the end. She was helpful informative and told me to reach her at the number she contacted me with if at any point I had questions or any problems or concerns. She put me at ease allowing me to trust that she would see to taking care of all my needs. She even followed up with me the following day to make sure I had in fact received my boarding pass. Excellent service speedy results turned a painful and stressful situation into a breeze. Thank you Jenny so much for your efforts they did not go unnoticed and are very much appreciated!
