IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. FRIENDS BE AWARE!!! THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!!! Before buying any ticket read all of the real reviews (no the fake ones they have entered themselves) you will agree with me that everyone has have the same experience. This people will offer online what you think would be an excellent deal for a last minute flight and after you provide all the info and supposedly buy the ticket they will send you the confirmation but will never send you the ticket. I was at the airport far away from home after a conference and when I went to board I wasn't in the boarding list. I call them and they started offering me a ticket for $800 (the ticket I paid for was $100) and even when I said that I couldn't pay more they kept offering me a ticket with 2 stops for $390. I went ahead and spoke to the airline and graciously the airline got me a flight for $190. Two hours later I got an email from friendztravel saying that my ticket had been cancelled, (Which ticket, the one they never booked?) Unbelievable. This is a fake company from India taking advantage of our people forcing them to buy, at last minute from the airport, expensive tickets. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP.

Bought tickets for a flight leaving that night and the tickets did not come in right away. Had to call and they told me that the flight was nearly sold out so I would have to pay more if I wanted the tickets and would not honor original price I purchased on website. Felt like it was a bait and switch situation. I will not use them ever again and would suggest others do like wise. I will amend this post if they ever get back to me and honor the original price I should have paid.

Scam for sure! I had the worse experience, they change the price, they change the airport, the airline , pay extra and at the airport my flight was canceled for payment confirmation , which I did , and didn’t receive my money back yet. SCAM SCAM SCAM

They are simply fraudulent. Display a low price. Then ask you to call and tells you that the price has increased as the previous price is no longer available. Drop call on you rudely and transfer calls severally. Written English is full of errors. Avoid this scam.

Unprofessional, messed up on my flight two days in a row and each time the price had gone up.then on the third day after I get my boarding pass I learn that the flight was delayed 1hr and 30 min. So I called the 1800 number to try and change my flight for the next day only to be told by the employee that it's not her problem that the plane was delayed that I can't change my flight so I asked to speak to her supervisor and would like to know her name she refused to provide me with her name and her supervisor won't be there till the next morning. I asked her for her name and she ended the call. I called back hoping to speak to different rep to my surprise it was the same lady act like someone else when I asked her for her name she tells me the call was disconnected I insisted in getting her name and she ended the call again.at this point I was already feeling upset could not understand why she would act that way so I called the third time only this time a guy answered who refused to give his name also so I explained to him what I experience with his co- worker I told him that that I would put a complain if he could please give me the names of everyone who answers the phone I would appreciate it I asked how many was there he said quite a few but only gave two names Maria Sanchez, Olivia Hernandez is all he was able to give me before the call we silent for short time then I was told he could not remember the rest. I asked his name and he ended the call .

Jenny Smith Rocked!! She was able to help me get my ticket last minute and was able to help me get everything straight so I could travel because of a hurricane I had to evacuate. She is wonderful
