Save the headache and go somewhere else
Updated review. My first flight went ok. Even though I had to pay more after already paying for my tickets. The second time I booked 3 tickets for my family from Houston to Denver. When my family went to check in at the airport they said the tickets weren’t paid for. I contacted the company and they issued me new tickets for another flight the same day. They said the flight got cancelled. And then they said that they were having a system technical issue. So Andres said I would get my new boarding pass in 30 minutes. I called back he kept telling me to be patient but my family has 1 hour before the plane leaves. 30 minutes turned into 4 hours, he got upset and hung up in my face. They are very rude and don’t care about what you have going on. Long story short they issued me a refund because they couldn’t get my boarding pass. Now I know they must be the middleman and couldn’t get the tickets. Which is crazy because I would have just went through somewhere else. My family woke up at 5:30 am and now they are just at the airport waiting for nothing. And they paid $40 to get there with Lyft. Save the headache and go somewhere else.
