Unprofessional
Unprofessional, messed up on my flight two days in a row and each time the price had gone up.then on the third day after I get my boarding pass I learn that the flight was delayed 1hr and 30 min. So I called the 1800 number to try and change my flight for the next day only to be told by the employee that it's not her problem that the plane was delayed that I can't change my flight so I asked to speak to her supervisor and would like to know her name she refused to provide me with her name and her supervisor won't be there till the next morning. I asked her for her name and she ended the call. I called back hoping to speak to different rep to my surprise it was the same lady act like someone else when I asked her for her name she tells me the call was disconnected I insisted in getting her name and she ended the call again.at this point I was already feeling upset could not understand why she would act that way so I called the third time only this time a guy answered who refused to give his name also so I explained to him what I experience with his co- worker I told him that that I would put a complain if he could please give me the names of everyone who answers the phone I would appreciate it I asked how many was there he said quite a few but only gave two names Maria Sanchez, Olivia Hernandez is all he was able to give me before the call we silent for short time then I was told he could not remember the rest. I asked his name and he ended the call .
