I bought a ticket online thinking I’m getting a GREAT DEAL. I was informed that I was going to get a call to confirm my flight or I can also give a call. Well I decided to give a call to confirm my son’s flight. As I was speaking with the operator she stated that the price that was locked in for my flight wasn’t available and I had to pay $100 plus more if I want the flight. Like it was my fault they advertised false advertisement. How was I suppose to know? When it said my price was Locked in. The operator begin to tell me after I stated how frustrated I was cause I had to pay more for a flight I thought I secured. She said “What was she supposed to do?” Sounding irritated! What do you mean? You’re the operator who’s tell me my flight was no longer available. You figure it out! After telling me she couldn’t low the price only the manager. She end up offering a lower price one after another until I was satisfied cause I had to get my son here for his grandmother funeral. This saddens me that she’s asked for a 5 star rating when we are grieving. I hope this company takes better care and have more empathy for their customers. I still end up paying more than what was originally offered.
