Stephanie is a total Rockstar! Her replies are very prompt, her quotes are timely and once a shipment is booked - she follows up regularly (she even sends tracking updates every morning so they are in my inbox already when I start my day!). When providing quotes, she uses her judgement and experience to offer advise that is realistic versus just giving me a "yes" - which is invaluable as the shipping industry is infamous for over-promising and under delivering.
