No commitment on timing. Poor communication. very hard to get hold of someone there. even when you leave instructions for pick up no one reads or follows.

Easy to place the shipment/order. Received emails giving play by play as to what is happening with the shipment. And of course....price.

They changed the prices after confirming the shipment.

Never had a problem with the Freightera platform or any employees ( eager to help and answer any questions ). Freightera has been our only shipper for over 10 years.

I was new to shipping freight and these guys made it super easy. Fast responses from support, and got me a much better price than I was offered when booking direct with the logistics companies. The ability to see a dozen different shipping options side by side is an incredible time saver and instant relief that I'm making a good choice. Will definitely use Freightera for all my freight going forward.
