Scheduled a pick up using the website to fill out relevant details. Driver went to P/U location and it sounds like a combination of logistics and Pick up site errors however, driver didn't know what he was picking up and warehouse attendant didn't know of what he was supposed to pick up. Please read the data inputs on your bill of lading and or online receipts. All information is there in plain site. We're now 16 hours behind planning. First time the shas happened with this company so they're still 95% dependable. Update *** Freightera was able to rectify my issue by getting my deliveries on a dedicated truck and expedited to my venue in the span of a couple of hours. They truly exemplify great turnaround customer service. Thanks Freightera!
