We have used them a few times now to bring LTL from Florida to Ontario. The entire process from website to customer service to delivery/drivers has always run smoothly. Will be using them again.

Pick up was good, but updates on delivery needs work. Was told a time and the delivery didn't happen.

INSIDE DELIVERY was ordered and paid for. At the time of delivery, the driver was uncooperative about the ordered INSIDE DELIVERY, and he dropped the skids outside. The on-site manager was upset and stressed by the driver's attitude, and called for assistance. To their credit, Freightera quickly resolved the issue.
