At our company we were looking for a freight company that could bring us some merchandise from different places within Canada and the US. After looking with many companies, we found Freightera and was simply amazing. The whole process didn't take long and for the merchandise to be in our office was very fast. All the pallets were taken good care off. Also when crossing the border, they kept me informed all the time and they were in touch with our custom broker. I will definitely use their services again. Also in our office we don't have a dock and they made it work, basically gave us all the options needed.

I waited all day for day/ross to pick up.They didn’t follow the instructions of calling in advance. They showed up at 330pm. They showed up with a truck that was too short for the pallet. I have no idea of when they are coming back with another truck. They didn’t come back yesterday. So Hopefully today!

I had some questions and concerns that were easily resolved by the customer service. It made the shipment work perfectly.

They used to be good. Now they are like every other. Once they are established and making money, that's all they care about.

Excellent first experience. Price was very competitive, shipment was picked up and dropped off on schedule with great automated emails to alert of me of the progress of my shipment. I will definitely use Freightera again!
