Great rates and simple to use!

We just started doing business with Freightera earlier 2025. We are very happy with the service. Quotes online access have been a great experience for us. Pick-up & Delivery has been on time and if there is any delays we are notified immediately. Customer service is super excellent on phone, email or chat online. Nevena worked with me through a slight challenge and provided the support and answers to my questions that enabled me to make a more informed decision.

We never had an issue finding, booking or receiving a shipment with Freightera EVER! Will always be our go to provider for LTL shipment anywhere in North America. Canada shipments coast to coast, Mexico to Canada, USA to Canada. If 6 stars was an option I would gladly give a 6 star review.

This company is responsive and flexible, a good combination when working with small businesses like mine. When I contact them, they seem interested in helping out, not just in getting paid

everything always runs smoothly.

Website is convenient and communicates with getting Quotes quickly. Easy to use if you have Postal codes, but in Canadian West these are not always easily available.

I have been dealing with Freightera for many years and I must say in the begining the overall expierence was maybe not the best. Since then they have certainly spent alot of time and effort to improve in all facets of there service. I couldnt be any happier now with the way they handle my account with a special shout out to my Rep Vanya Mihajlovic who works extremely hard to provide outstanding service.

Yovana was great! I didn't understand what she was saying the first two times and she remained patient and re-explained it to me very nicely. Excellent customer service!

So far very satisfied with Frieghtera's service thus far. Please keep up the good work.
