Easy to follow instructions and makes me break a sweat.

Aucun rappel n'est envoyé avant le renouvellement automatique, ce qui est contraire à toutes les bonnes pratiques de respect des clients dans l'UE. Inutile de contacter le service client qui est intraitable ! La règle est la règle. Ils ne feront aucune exception. Les résultats financiers priment. Le rappel serait d'autant plus utile que le renouvellement se fait au tarif plein. Donc si vous êtes fidèle à l'application mais oubliez de mettre votre renouvellement en pause, vous perdez !! Politique rigide, absence totale de considération pour les utilisateurs fidèles. Les résultats financiers comptent plus que tout.

Like many others have reported, I was charged nearly £95 for a subscription I didn’t realise had renewed, despite not using the app in over a year. I only discovered the charge after it had gone through, and when I contacted Freeletics with proof of non-use, they refused to refund me. Instead, they offered a voucher for future use, which I don’t want or need. After looking into it, I found dozens of reviews going back years with the same issue: people lured in with discounts, charged without warning, and denied refunds. No reminder emails, no price change notifications, and no clear way to cancel. It’s hard not to feel like this is part of their business model. This isn’t just poor customer service, it’s exploitative. Freeletics needs to fix this. Until they do, I’d strongly recommend choosing another app with transparent billing and actual support.

Short sessions and adjustable . In my body didn’t changed enough. Cardio is increased but strength a little. I lost one kilo overall.

I don’t know why this app has so many good reviews, doesn’t work right, for 15min training I spend 30min on the app, as it changes my account and preferences constantly. Once I like a training and did it once, it disappears and it’s impossible to find it again.

Déçu par la politique de Freeletics. Mon abonnement a été renouvelé automatiquement pour 12 mois à 129,99 €, alors que je n’utilise plus l’application depuis des mois. Je pensais avoir désactivé le renouvellement, mais aucun rappel n’a été envoyé, et impossible de faire annuler après coup. J’ai contacté le service client rapidement après le prélèvement. Aucune écoute. Ni remboursement, ni conversion possible en bon pour du matériel. Juste une réponse automatique m’invitant à "réactiver mon coach plus tard" avec un code… dont je n’ai aucune utilité. Le pire ? Ce renouvellement s’est fait plein tarif, alors que Freeletics propose presque en permanence -50 % aux nouveaux utilisateurs. Résultat : les anciens paient plus cher, sans avoir été relancés, et sans pouvoir récupérer leur argent. Politique rigide, absence totale de considération pour les utilisateurs fidèles. Je déconseille fortement.

Cette application est un vrai coach au quotidien, elle permet de donner un rythme à l’entraînement par semaine. Les séances s’adaptent en fonction de votre niveau. Elle est très facile d utilisation, et ou que l’on soit il est possible de faire son sport. il y a différents parcours d entraînements ce qui permet de découvrir un nombres infinis d exercices, je recommande !

A pesar de que cancelas la renovación, llegó el cargo y no te quieren devolver el dinero.

Freeletics is my training companion since many years. Love it.

The app is good to get started and without thinking of what to do. After 8 weeks of a 12week journey it go monotonous, a few good workouts but just doubled or tripled the workouts when progressing. The 3.6 stars give a few representation of the app.

Satisfait de l’appli et du suivi de coaching. Plus de 2 ans d’utilisation et les exercices évoluent fonction des progrès réalisés. Les programmes sont variés et adaptés. J’apprécierai que désormais l’appli intègre la possibilité de coupler un capteur cardiaque.

Amazing for turning exercise into a habit.

Sono scritta a freeletics da diversi mesi. Non mi dispiace. Recentemente hanno cambiato qualcosa nell'app e non riconosce più l'abbinamento del mio email con il password. Ho chiesto più volte il reset del password ma non ho mai ricevuto nulla (e sì ho controllato spam e posta indesiderata). Continuo a pagare perchè non riesco ad entrare per cancellare. Vorrei un indirizzo email a cui scrivere..

Renouvellement automatique. Attention, aucune notification de rappel et malgré le fait de n'avoir à peine utilisé l'application lors de ma première période, et d'avoir prévenu le même jour de prélèvement, rien à faire ils sont complètement inflexibles. Je trouve que ça manque cruellement d'honnêteté vis à vis du consommateur donc je ne recommande pas.

Today, I finished the Explosive Strength programme consisting in 48 sessions. For someone like me who's never really been sporty, giving my best for 4 months was an insane achievement. I cannot thank Freeletics enough, and I'm already on my way to my second journey!!

Great app. Makes exercising super easy with no session being the same to the last. You can just set a training journey and let the app guide you through it. Pays for itself in a matter of sessions compared to getting a personal trainer. Highly recommend (been using the app for nearly 3 years now)

Been of an on this app for 7 years. It is truly great and I can’t speak highly enough about it. Got two lads at work onto it and they both are having a good experience with it also. Now go Train! 🤩👊💥

All negative reviews are true here! I have been charged for auto renewal silently. They do not remind you via email or any other means. I haven't used the app and still I am charged with £94.99! Avoid this app at all cost! do not give your payment details to this app cause even if you cancel subscription, they will keep taking your money without your will! They do not have any phone number or chat service available. When I write to customer service, they say that their subscription policy is strict and once the renewal is completed, they will not give refund what so ever! Never use this app! They follow such a cheap method of gaining money! I will delete my account and give a word of mouth to others about my extremely unpleasant experience!
