Es 5 estrellas porque a mí me funcionó, ya que lo noté en mi estado, tanto en condición como aspecto físico. Lo recomiendo si entrenas en casa, y estás acostumbrado a ser un tanto sedentario

They do not send reminders for annual subscription renewals. So if you forget that you subscribed because you stopped using the app because it is very limited, you will be charged twice for the pleasure. They refused to refund the second payment, the automatic email was received about 10 seconds after the request, looks like they do this a lot. AVOID THIS APP

J'utilise Freeletics depuis plusieurs mois et j'ai obtenu de très bons résultats. Cependant, l'application pourrait être plus stable et l'interface plus intuitive

J’utilise l’application depuis 10 ans. Elle est incroyable de précision avec leur intelligence artificielle. C’est vraiment top en complément du trail et pour Se sentir en forme en général

Absolut enttäuschend – Nie wieder Freeletics! Mein Abo wurde trotz rechtzeitiger Kündigung einfach verlängert, ohne mich daran zu erinnern. Plötzlich wurden mir 100 Euro abgezogen! Nach einem wahren Dschungel von Kündigungsschritten habe ich es endlich geschafft, mein Abo zu beenden – aber Pech gehabt, Freeletics hat mir trotzdem 20 Euro abgezogen! Der Kundenservice? Eine absolute Katastrophe! Null Kulanz, keine hilfreichen Antworten, und die ganze Erfahrung war einfach nur frustrierend. Das ist wirklich zum ...... und alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Nie wieder! Ich rate jedem, die Finger davon zu lassen.

Gute App für mein regelmäßiges Training zu Hause. Etwas mehr Individuelle Einstellungen und mehr Einblicke würde ich mir wünschen.

Dans l‘optique de me remettre en forme, j‘ai choisi d‘investir un an d‘abonnement au coach. J‘ai commencé les exercices et contrôlé ma nutrition quotidienne. Je m’entraînais 4 fois par semaine et le coach a toujours mis un programme réalisable à tel point qu après une séance quotidienne, l‘application me demande de choisir un nouveau programme… Douze semaines étaient déjà passés, je n‘en reviens pas. Premiers résultats, -10Kg + de masse musculaire soit exactement ce que j‘ai paramétré. Je repars pour une autre période de douze semaine. Confient

Haben mir Geld abgebucht obwohl ich den Lifetime Status habe. Habe sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht, jetzt habe ich kein Lifetime Status mehr und kriege auch keine Antworten mehr.

Auch bei langjährigen Kunden 0 Kulanz, wenn sich plötzlich das Abo ohne Vorwarnung verlängert und man innerhalb von 24h vom Vertrag zurücktreten möchte. Werde zu einer anderen App wechseln

Aplicatie foarte buna daca esti consecvent. Eu sunt level 110 in 4 ani de utilizare aproape zilnic; nu am mai avut nevoie de sala.

Kompletter Chaos. Um ein Abo zu Kündigen musst du mit einer Machete durch einen Dschungel von Links. Dann wird dir plötzlich 49,99 Euro von deinem Konto abgebucht, weil dein Abo sich verlängert und auf die sofortige Reaktion, Minuten später nach der Transaktion, wird mit "Sorry, zu spät" geantwortet! Kundenservice und Kulanz ist kompletter Müll.

J’adore l’application et ses entraînements. Les programmes sont bien structurés et j’obtiens les résultats désirés depuis je le l’utilise.

pratiche scorrette Dopo l'annullamento dell'abbonamento, si rifanno a una serie di regole barocche (che dovresti andare a cercare in chissà quale pagina) per alla fine rinnovarti l'abbonamento a prezzo pieno senza alcun preavviso, anche se sono mesi che non apri l'app.

Empecé en abril de este año y ya he terminado 3 training journeys. Ayuda mucho a cambiar hábitos alimenticios y los ejercicios se adaptan a tu equipo, tiempo y necesidades. Excelente app.

Today I found out that the application charged me 49.99 usd automatically without my consent. I also find out that I personally had to cancel the subscription before the automatic extension, which is very tricky! I even feel trapped and I did not welcome this policy at all! I purchased the application last year for 24,99 with a 50% discount offer, which is almost always available. In this regard, I understand new comers are able purchase same service for 24.99, but Freeletics is punishing old customer by charging double of this amount. Freeletics must know, charging old users for 49.99, while newcomers are always able to use the very same service for 24.99 is very frustrating! By the way, application is way too overrated, moves are classic that you can find in many "actually free" applications, videos etc. The so-called arrangement of daily programme by professionals is not so convincing as it does not consider age, weight and even persistence, as it expects you to resume by the very same program a month ago altough it knows that you haven’t been training for a month. Besides, the warm up is very demotivating, sometimes harder that the program itself.

Abo wurde trotz Kündigung und mit einigen Wochen Abstand zum eigentlichen Vetragsende aus dem Nichts verlängert. Support absolut uneinsichtig und keinerlei Hilfe. Es wurden sogar Lügen aufgestellt, ich hätte nach „Aboabschließung“ trainiert (habe ich seit Monaten nicht). Einziger Lösungsvorschlag: ich könne mit einer einmonatigen Frist kündigen und bekomme anteilig das Geld erstattet. Absolute Frechheit. Abgesehen davon ist die App mit der Zeit immer schlechter geworden. Die Trainingspläne passen sich nicht an die Fortschritte an und Warmup und Trainingseinheiten sind nicht aufeinander abgestimmt. Alles in allem kann ich diese App nicht nur nicht empfehlen, sondern würde sogar davon abraten.

Pretty good exercises for home training, and they are appropriate long, dont cause injuries. The only downside is that its not compatible with Garmin watches.

There are complaints as far back as 5 years ago about the subscription renewal practices for Freeletics. You are lured in with a discount, but then auto-renewal is done without any warning and money is taken from your account. There is no warning of a price increase either. Given that people have been complaining about this for so many years you’d think they’d listen to customer feedback and set up a subscription renewal alert email. I suspect most of their revenue is for ‘non-refundable’ accidental renewals. I think this practice is unethical - the whole thing feels like a scam. Avoid - there are much better fitness apps available with better customer care.
