Don't use them
My subscription auto renewed and they took £95 from my account without any warning in advance. I contacted them on the same day only to be told they will not refund me. I'm sending a complaint to the Competition and Markets Authority (i'm in the UK) and would recommend everyone else who has had this problem do the same. Their practices are deemed to be 'unfair' by the CMA's guidance due to: 1. Not sending out a renewal notice 2. Not offering to cancel subscriptions within a certain time frame of renewal This is all stated very clearly on the CMA's website and indeed, on the Governments website found easily by searching for 'SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATIC ROLLOVERS' Edit - Also hilarious that their Founder and CEO has this as his tag line in LinkedIn 'Father. Husband. Explorer. Entrepreneur. // Dedicated to supporting people live ⭐️THIS ONE LIFE⭐️. // CEO/Founder of Freeletics/Stædium.' So he's 'dedicated to supporting people live' and yet is happy to run a company ripping people off and using unfair contracts
