Worst experience

I bought ticket for my mother from Moldova to Turkey, only 2 hours flight. She wrapped luggage in plastic, once she arrived to hotel and unpack she noticed hole in the luggage, looks like it was burned through with something, maybe with cigarette, not sure, they burned plastic and luggage also. Since she notice it is already after leaving airport most probably it was too late to complain about. After one day of stay i received message to email, that her flight back is canceled and it was offered to change flight to the one 24hours later. She was travelling to Moldova from Ukraine by bus from Ukraine (around 16hours) and cause of flight change we need to find for her another transfer for another date and also extend hotel in Turkey for one extra day. On the way back she landed 30 min before transfer to Ukraine, once she picked up luggage handler was stuck and not extending. When she arrived to Ukraine and tried to repair it it was told it was pretty much damaged and price for it was almost the price for a new luggage. I will recommend to stay away from Freebird Arlines.

Wir sind 2024 & 2025 von Varna nach Leipzig geflogen und es war super. Deutschsprachiges Personal hatten wir auf beiden Flügen. Die Angestellten sind super freundlich, die Sitzplätze bequem. Essen und Trinken sind preislich total in Ordnung . .

DO NOT FLY WITH FREEBIRD!!

DO NOT FLY WITH FREEBIRD!! TUI put us on a flight to Analya that was 3 hours late on a late flight out of Bournemouth! There was sick on the plane that they just covered up with paper and they gave us vouchers which did not work in the airport! If TUI try to fob you off with this awful airline do not accept it! I WILL NEVER FLY WITH FREEBIRD EVER AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!! They also make it really difficult to make the standard claim of a refund too!!

Free as a bird.

We were booked with TUI. In return you gave us a freebird airline which missed its departure slot at Manchester airport. we had no choice but sit on the Plane for an hour. The flight itself was fine, the staff were great. On our return we were delayed for 5 hours departing from Dalaman due to a technical fault. Their email response said because it was a non EU plane flying from a non EU airport they could only apologise. Hands up to your flight crew, they saved the day.

NIE WIEDER !!

NIE WIEDER ! LASST ES BLEIBEN WENN IHR NICHT DEN SCHLIMMSTEN FLUG ERLEBEN WOLLT ! Den Stern haben sie nicht verdient !!! 2 Tage hintereinander nachdem unser Flug um 18 auf 19 Uhr gelegt wurde und wir eine Stunde zusätzlich im Flugzeug warten durften konnten dann wieder zurück ins gate damit wir um 22.30 alle in ein Hotel mussten da der flug abgesagt wurde ... sitzen wir wieder ne Stunde und warten im Flieger haben wieder 2 Stunden 15 Verspätung... bekommen keine Infos und hängen immernoch am Boden. Ich kann nicht ausdrücken wie sauer ich bin . Es sieht aus alsob wir schon wieder hingehalten veräppelt und sonstiges werden . 2 Tage Urlaub weg !

Awful

Awful. Flew from Anatlya in Turkey to Birmingham. Flight was delayed nearly 2 hours, 1.5 hours in the airport (Antayla Airport is also like a prison) then 30 mins because of the lack of organisation loading the plane. They let people get on at the front and back entrances of the plane without people knowing which entrance would be best due to their row number. This led to an event of medieval jousting with tourists battling with hand luggage in the aisles. Seats were uncomfortable and everything very basic, not ideal for a 4.5 hour flight. The TUI flight put of the UK was Card only payment for snacks, Freebird was cash only. So those without cash wasted away without food of drink for 4+ hours. Seatbelt signs kept coming on but cabin crew didn't actually enforce them and there were people standing up chatting for most of the flight. On the positive side, the flight wasn't full so I got to sit by the window which wasn't originally the case. If you can help it, don't fly Freebird.
