Keeps sending junk mail
Another creepy estate agent that keeps on sending you letters to lie that there are supposedly buyers waiting. Told them to sending me this rubbish but I am now reviewing their bad practices here.

Another creepy estate agent that keeps on sending you letters to lie that there are supposedly buyers waiting. Told them to sending me this rubbish but I am now reviewing their bad practices here.
The worst estate agent i have ever seen. After sign the contract, they never care your problems and never raise this problems to landlords. Don't work with them. Never.
Danny was really helpful with accommodating for an online viewing. We were impressed with how well he conducted the viewing and we were completely sold on the flat. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to the landlord. Danny was really quick to reply to any of our queries and reassuring when communicating with us. Definitely the best service we got when looking for a flat especially with online viewings, couldn’t recommend him and the agency enough!
I needed to sell my London house when it was not a good time as people were moving out of London due to covid to work from home. I chose Adnan and am I pleased I did. He was 100 per cent professional, gave me great advice on marketing the property, found a buyer and kept me informed during the whole process. He listened to my concerns and his patience in dealing with my solicitors who messed up was inexhaustible. I cannot recommend him highly enough, also Charlotte who is in his team.
I bought my property though Franklyn James around 7 years ago and have recently sold through them again. Adnan join the company when I was already listed and really pushed his team to bring viewings in what has been a difficult market. Adnan provided me with regular updates after each viewing and on what activity they had seen that week. Once I found a buyer, he also followed up regularly and diligently on the sale, helping to manage several big issues along the way and always responding quickly - the chain nearly collapsed several times and Adnan worked hard (often after hours) to chase other parties in the chain. Adnan and the sale team’s proactivity, knowledge and professionalism have been invaluable in getting my sale through.
Our experience as renters from a property managed by Franklyn James has always been smooth and without hitch as we are nearing the 4 month mark of settling into our home. Denisa Petraskova the property manager is always prompt and effective in her communications and is deft in her understanding and resolutions of the problems that may crop up in the process of settling in. We really cannot thank her enough for ensuring that the property does not fall below the standard that was promised to us when renting from the agency. 10/10

I have had a problematic house sale taken 7 months to complete despite it is a simple no chain sale. This is definitely no fault of Franklyn James. Instead they have provided great support and service throughout the entire process. The acted professionally and have done a good job in keeping the conveyances on both sides to act on their toes, and keeping myself informed on the state of affairs. I must admit I didn't have good impression on the estate agents due to experiences in the past. This has all changed after dealing with Franklyn James. They listened well and acted with integrity when dealing with the requests from myself and the buyer, and this is very refreshing to see. Adnan and George in the sales team deserve a special mention in the case. Due to the long completion process, the buyer was in an unfortunate position and had to move into temporary accommodation while waiting for the completion. As I can see, Franklyn James has provided good support to the buyer during the stressful period and their support no doubt make the difficult situation a bit easier. Adnan has done a really great job to help ease the process at later stage and get the completion over the line. Many thanks to Franklyn have and I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell their properties in the Canary Wharf and the docklands area.

Quite a difficult situation with selling our flat but Adnan, Anthony and George were very helpful in getting us over the line and it's the second time we have used them. Recommend above any other agent in Limehouse, they're the best.
I purchased a property with Franklyn James last month, and only have good things to say about them. As a first time buyer, I definitely appreciated Adnan's advice through the whole process, from viewing to completion, and his help in making sure each person involved in the conveyancing process was responding in a timely manner. Thanks to his proactive approach, we managed to complete just before the stamp duty deadline, which I originally did not expect, but was a very nice achievement. I definitely highly recommend Franklyn James for property transactions on the Isle of Dogs. Again, thanks a lot to Adnan for his patience and professionalism.
My rental experience with Franklyn James was excellent. Especially when I am facing the difficult when checking out while my landlord having a stroke and can not respond. I would like to give a great thanks to my main contact Gary Atkins who has dealings the situation very professional, and work out the best solution. What he does is definitely above and beyond. I rented a flat with Franklyn James (Limehouse) for 2.5 years and was quite happy with the experience. Denisa was my property manager and she was easily approachable and responsive. She managed communications very well between the owner and me.
I had only a couple of fairly small issues with the flat I'm renting and they got fixed but every time it took weeks and some active chasing to get things sorted. There's also a strong effort made to go for the lowest cost option even when savings are negligible, like repeatedly telling me to park my car outside because they lost the remote for the gate of the secure parking, or replacing my very old mattress with the cheapest available option after repeated complaints, or deciding to not change a smoke detector even after a guy they sent to check it said that it is not fit for purpose

I would definitely recommend Franklyn James to others. The whole team came across as a very professional outfit compared to many other estate agents I have been involved with. George, the sales manager at Franklyn James, was particularly proactive in getting my sale through and facilitating discussions between the solicitors. A big thankyou to everyone involved.

We had been in the property for 7 years, and FJ always responded promptly to any maintenance issues, as well as organising the tenancy renewal process in good time. The moving out process was also handled very professionally, and we received the deposit very quickly. Would recommend, they were a very refreshing change from the usual awful service from London estate agents!
