I bought a KTM with a warranty

I bought a KTM with a warranty. The bike's fuel pump failed while I was in France (in warranty period) and I wanted to ship it to Fowlers for warranty repair. Nobody will speak to you. Nobody responds to voice messages on their system. Nobody cares. Clearly they don't want to help in any way and they have ducked out of any warranty commitment.

Poor after service - warranty

I have been trying to get a few issues resolved under warranty with my Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. As many who read this will know, these are not cheap. Initially I had the bike booked in for the review to establish what the issues were and the warranty claim made. Over 7 weeks later, I cannot now even get hold of anyone, no replies to my e-mails etc. I know there is only one guy who looks after all warranty issues, but I cant even get hold of the service department (1hr 37mins and counting and I'm caller no 3 as we speak). The service so far has been less than anyone would hope having spent a significant amount on a vehicle. Some form of update/reply etc would be appreciated, but this is far from acceptable. Find a smaller dealer, you'll likely get some service which is better than NO service.

I went to Fowlers for a new bike

I went to Fowlers for a new bike , Josh Ford Triumph answered my call from that moment on it was plain sailing, Josh was professional, polite and willing to help with any offers that month. Josh was a real tonic and made everything look less stressful, thank you again.

Non existent complaints procedure.

I tried to complain about an item I was sold. I sent a number of reminders but got no response at all despite making a complaint as per Fowlers complaints procedure. Very poor service. The one star is for their great showroom.

Purchased a BMW 1250 GS

Purchased a BMW 1250 GS I was looked after by James Bruno I am in retail myself owning a car sales and cant begin to express how professional James was He kept me up to date and went above and beyond any expectations i had with nothing left to chance Defo Directorship quality staff Truly mad it a lovely experience Also Hats of to Louis in the clothing department who took care kitting myself and my partner out head to toe He even ordered items in for us People are quick to complain and not praise Outstanding experience from start to finish Also thanks again In love with the bike KR Dean

Found myself in a really bad situation…

Found myself in a really bad situation on a Thursday night, bike got knocked over by a neighbour snapping the kick stand. The bike was due to be part exchanged on Monday morning. Fowler's had the part in stock with sat delivery available. Delivered nice and early sat morning allowing me to get the bike sorted in time. Much appreciated πŸ‘Œ
