Very happy with the customer service and knowledge Matt provided in purchasing our new ST6P.
Repair and service
Forst came to repair and service our chippers today. 1. They came the day after I called 2. Nothing was too much trouble 3. The engineer was polite and extremely helpful As always Forst service is 5 🌟

My old chipper had let me down on…
My old chipper had let me down on several occasions then went bang. I contacted forst who rented me a machine. After a few days I was so pleased with it I ordered a new one from them. Forst could not have been more helpful they agreed to let me keep the hire machine while I waited for the new one one extremely good terms. New machine been going strong for two months now. No more stress thinking will the chipper make it through the next job.

Great company & product
This my second ST6. Had the previous one for 5 years - it was still processing as well as the day I got it. The new one is even better with a few improvements in design & use that have been introduced over the years. I previously owned a couple of Timberwolfs, and recently rented a greenmech - but the build quality & productivity of those machines was incomparable to the ST6. If i need any parts they are always dispatched quickly, and the service team are really helpful whenever I've had any minor problems. I had a couple of issues on the first machine which were sorted out under waranty - and at no cost to me. I am not aware of a better machine on the UK market - and the back up is great too.

FORST XR8 Drive motor replacement
The service we received was of a high standard and nothing seemed toomuch trouble for the Doncaster depot. After the service we received Forst will definitely be where we look for a second machine in the future.
