Repair and service
Forst came to repair and service our chippers today. 1. They came the day after I called 2. Nothing was too much trouble 3. The engineer was polite and extremely helpful As always Forst service is 5 🌟

Buying chipper was straight forward
Buying chipper was straight forward, all the paperwork was forwarded to me before chipper trial. If I liked chipper I could keep it there and then if not no worries chipper goes back. Had a little noise on chipper where they sent an engineer out to sort it rite away. only 4 stars as I shouldn't of had a fault so early on in my opinion.

May the Forst be with you!
From the first phone call to on time delivery of two new chippers the Forst team have been superb. Friendly, co-operative and helpful they have worked with me to achieve a our desired result which was to purchase a new tow-able chipper and tracked machine. There were no pushy sales tactics and they also worked with me to incorporate a grant into the deal making the purchase possible. I have used a wide variety of chippers of this size and these are by far the best I have used in terms of design and chip-ability. Maintenance of the machine is easily achieved by the inner mechanisms being accessible with little effort and the rate at which the timber is processed is phenomenal. The three year warranty and quality customer service have provided a lot of confidence with the machines. I am looking forward to my team and I beasting the chippers time and time again.

No teething issues
TR8 It's the second new TR8 I have got from Redwood global. The first was an early edition and there were several annoying teething issues but this new machine is perfect from the start. Lets hope it continues in that vein. Their service is friendly without being pushy and they gave me a cracking deal on my part Ex machine
