2 out of 3 chippers broke down within 48 hours. However Forst were very professional and provided a prompt and efficient service in rectifying the issues. Within 24 hours.

I have had several Forst machines since the change from Jensen and have found the machines to be well designed with simple maintenance, great back up and support in the event of any problems. Great to see a UK based business building machines as well and providing a high level of backup. I have tried other main brands but always found these to be the best.

The service I have received from Först ( redwood global) is outstanding . They have done exactly what they said they would do plus more and on schedule . The machine is a beast (TR6 42 tracked )and I have confidence the support will be there should a issue arise. If I purchase another chipper I would not go to anyone else .

Had an intermittent fuel fault on a TR8 Forst Chipper, spoke to Chris the general manager at Doncaster Depot who was extremely helpful. Darren the engineer dealt with the problem whilst we waited. Excellent service from all involved, would certainly recommend their service. Thanks to all at Doncaster Depot. Steve - YTC Ltd.

Bought a new stp6 at the end of last year. Had a few niggles to begin with but the customer service was excellent, brought a replacement out to site, found the fault and brought mine back to me. Helpful and kept in touch throughout.

Great service from Redwood Global in providing our STp6, they let us have a demonstrator to test it out and kept us informed of the progress of our new build chipper. The chipper performs excellently, its light (sub 750kg), very powerful and easy to maintain.

I recently purchased a Forst TR6P tracked woodchipper, the whole package from Forst has been excellent so far, great customer service and support. The chipper itself has been a great addition to my company, it impresses not just in appearance but in fuel economy, fast and powerful performance. Currently only at 8hours use, so far no issues- really great machine. Only negative so far would be a tiny bit of flaky paint evident upon delivery, Forsts warranty department is extremely helpful and sent/is sending me paint to rectify this. The warranty you get from Forst, so far, has proved to be the solid back up to a great product it claimed to be. Early days but extremely happy with my purchase, outperforms all equivalent manufactures models in my opinion. It is also the best looking ‘stock’ model tracked machine available in my opinion.
