I called their local store; asking a question about online policy; I was told by the person that answered she didn't know and she refused to ask someone else.

I ordered a wide width and the box was a wide but the shoes were not. I didn’t check k it before I left to work so wore them all day and my feet hurt, that’s how I figured out they were the incorrect width. The shoes look nice and they got here at a reasonable time but now I’m stuck with. Pair I have to break in.
I've wore these for about 15 years and love them!!
Great shoes.
Excellent customer service!!
Timely delivery
The price was amazing. Shipping was fast and shows were comfy!
The shoes arrived on time and are perfect for my needs.
Was shipped quickly after ordering.
Love the outstanding quality and unique design of the shoes, but for the price I find it frustrating to not be able to return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit or look right for you.
Hey, the shoes are perfect, Aaron the customer service representative was really great, super friendly and very professional, she went above and beyond, thanks again Aaron.
Very good communication and excellent product love my boots
Personalized note was a nice touch. The shoes came in good condition as promised. The only criticism would be a minor one: It would be nice if the shoes came a bit sooner.
Quick delivery and style is great. I thought by the picture you didn't have to tie the laces, but u found out hoe to lace them not to show the bow. Love the shoes!
LOVE the shoes and the service was great. I will keep ordering from you.
