Good products, good prices, great delivery.

I received a pair of trainers which sadly were faulty. Contacted the company via live chat as email or phone not available. I included the pictures of the fault. Was instructed to return by dropping them off at a collection point. As the nearest collection point is over an hour each way for me to get to it, I was told I would have to arrange the postage myself, pay for it and then eventually, when my trainers are registered as returned, I would receive a refund some 5 to 7 days later. So, despite the fact that the shoes are faulty, I will now be out of pocket not only for the shoes but also the return postage for the next couple of weeks. The company needs a much better system for returning faulty items….some of us don’t live close to collection points.

i spoke to hannah who was really good and explained it all really well to me and answered any questions i had really quick and detailed.

Elias was incredibly helpful and attentive. I placed an order but chose the wrong size. He helped to arrange a cancellation and assisted with reordering online. This specific NB colourway is only available at FTA. Thanks so much!

I spoke to Hannah at first and although she tried her best, she couldnt find a solution. She then transferred me to Nabeel, who was able to offer a better solution that worked better for me. I am happy that Footasylum customer service have never been rude. And always try their best to keep customer satisfaction. Thank you

Helpful and swift response

Customer services (Thabiso) dealt with a missing item really quickly, I was able to show video evidence that the parcel was already open, which helped. This was quickly resolved with a replacement pair of shorts issued for next day delivery. Great customer service!

Tyler in Customer Services was an absolute star today. I had a problem with delivery of an item which was a courier problem rather than a Footasylum problem. Tyler sorted this for me instantly. Excellent customer service. I could not fault the help I was given. Well done Tyler. Thank you

I was delivered a damaged item so I got in touch with the live chat function. Spoke to Marz who was extremely helpful. The service was quick and efficient and Marz dealt with it very professionally.
