Returned 2 tracksuits as to big to exchange for smaller size then recvd email saying 1 is en route had to contact live chat to find out 1 was out of stock, returned pair of shorts for exchange as to small they sent me even smaller pair tatiana was helpful on live chat but not great communication and they definitely don’t look at return details

Amazing placed an order and it was ready next day !

Ordered few pairs of trainers and was supposed to be delivered by amazon on the day of delivery I received a message saying that amazon had tried to deliver but nobody home this was a complete lie as I was in allday and I have cctv nobody had been to my door allday I contacted amazon who are not very helpful to be told that driver picked up but then lost 3pairs of trainers more like robbed 3 pairs of trainers how do you lose 3 big boxes after being fobbed off by amazon and footasylum i tried Live chat for the 3rd time and spoke to tanveer who sorted this problem out straight away thanks tanveer your colleagues could learn a few things from you

Simphiwe was a great help arranging a refund after my order was not delivered due to Evri. Emails to Footasylum were not replied to but Simphiwe on live chat was great. Restored my faith a little.
