I received a pair of trainers which…
I received a pair of trainers which sadly were faulty. Contacted the company via live chat as email or phone not available. I included the pictures of the fault. Was instructed to return by dropping them off at a collection point. As the nearest collection point is over an hour each way for me to get to it, I was told I would have to arrange the postage myself, pay for it and then eventually, when my trainers are registered as returned, I would receive a refund some 5 to 7 days later. So, despite the fact that the shoes are faulty, I will now be out of pocket not only for the shoes but also the return postage for the next couple of weeks. The company needs a much better system for returning faulty items….some of us don’t live close to collection points.
