Fast delivery and great choice of products. Will definitely purchase again. Loved that I could pay with Klana too. I actually thought my order was missing and could speak to someone quickly via Facebook and Instagram. Turned out it wasn't missing and my husband had taken it in and didn't remember! But it was easy to reach them if it had turned out it was missing. So good customer service.

I was shopping for a certain tracksuit for my partners birthday. They had exactly what I needed in the right size. Delivered super fast plus I earned points for my next purchase!

Ordered 3 pair of swim shorts but only 2 delivered. Contacted live chat put through to Hakeem very helpful and good communication. Explained that had been charged for 3 shorts but on checking CCTzv only 2 sent, the other was out of stock. Took time to check and help and issued refund to be sent through to my bank. Hakeem was very professional at all times Issue with company not informing me that an item was out of stock which is bad practice and customer service otherwise no issues, also refund can take up to 10 days when you take out money on day if order this delay does not seem fair

Actually no star!!! They are running a scam. I am ordered a few shoes from them in different orders. In of the orders, I had 3 items, which I used Inpost to return. But only received refund for one item. They claim I send them empty boxes. Both inpost and Footasylum has refused to help. And then the same thing happened to an another order. Returned 2 items, received refund for one saying that they received an empty box for the other one. They refused to help and we have now gone to our bank to resolve this. I would never use them again.

You have an employee named Hakim. He is a wonderful and great person. He helped me, unlike another employee who closed the chat in my face and did not want to work. Many thanks to the employee Hakim.
