Missing parcel tanveer sorted it
Ordered few pairs of trainers and was supposed to be delivered by amazon on the day of delivery I received a message saying that amazon had tried to deliver but nobody home this was a complete lie as I was in allday and I have cctv nobody had been to my door allday I contacted amazon who are not very helpful to be told that driver picked up but then lost 3pairs of trainers more like robbed 3 pairs of trainers how do you lose 3 big boxes after being fobbed off by amazon and footasylum i tried Live chat for the 3rd time and spoke to tanveer who sorted this problem out straight away thanks tanveer your colleagues could learn a few things from you
