Transparent and safe delivery of my purchase. Hoped to get ECBP C923 at MSRP, but that ship sailed a while ago, but happy to have the bottle in the collection to share with friends from time to time.

Absolute WORST customer service and company. NEVER order from here. I ordered a very expensive bottle for Father’s Day. Paid for insurance with shipping. Received a box of TRASH and what appeared to be an empty beer bottle. Never got my money back or a replacement sent. Will be perusing legal action but absolutely disgusted with this company. Be warned. Update. Have called the number provided and reached out via email to get no response. Really unfortunate I have to go down the legal action route next. Do not shop here!! Again updating. The company provides no resolution. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Was resolved but I still stand by my original statement that no one reach out .when called item arrived late .but did arrive .so I will give them that .Marc. I did take down 2 star review gave 3 for lack Communication.but did receive item . Packed well .Marc

FW&S always delivers on what we order. They deliver on their what they promise. I’ve been able find items that are hard to location in my area. Need service in North Carolina too.

Here we go again. No response to emails, no product as promised, and the tracking is B.S. I have waited over 2 months and even given them a second chance. Now I need my full refund. It's a shame they don't care about the customer.
