The base app is good, and with the subscription, it’s even better. I no longer needed the extras with the plus account (or whatever they call it), so when I got the email it was about to renew, I tried to cancel. It takes almost 10 different screens, with different button locations/colours/shapes/text to actually get out. I was happy with the product, but any company willing to employ dark patterns to keep someone will never get a dime from me again. This would have been a 1 star rating, but they did email me to tell me it was going to renew. Great product, garbage retention policy, so garbage company

Seemed like a great idea - until the subscription (that I didn't authorise) hit my account. $180 AUD - think we can find anyone to help cancel the subscription?! Nope... need to find your original order info, etc before anyone will talk to you. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This is stupid. I bought the device for 20 dollars, then a week later they charged my account $106.24 This company is not trustworthy. Please don't do business with them.

I purchased the device for 19.99 and when I downloaded the app and unbeknownst to me I signed up for their premium service and I was charged $110. Beware of this seller!!

Do not purchase, like many other customers $109.99 USD was take from my account for subscription that wasn’t agreed upon or authorised, I purchased 2 & are to afraid to use FIXD devise or app as they could fraudulently take more of my funds, now both units have are in the bin & app permanently removed…..only good thing was I paid through PayPal & they recouped my money, thanks PayPal, no thanks FIXD

I purchased the Fixd obd scanner for $29.99 usd last month then this month they debited my account with another $109.99 usd for the subscription, I had not agreed to this, be ware they will rip you off

Ordered one of these for $30 USD. Around $50 Aussie. It arrived, I tried to use it, it could not find my 2016 model car. So to me, it’s useless. On top of this they have been trying to take $109 out of my account for some sort of premium subscription that I’ve never signed up to! What an absolute scam!

I recently ordered fixd but didn’t realise it was US Dollars. I contacted the company for a refund. I almost instantly got a response. I have never had such great communication. Very hard to find these days. The money was refunded to me straight away. I am very impressed with this company. Thank you.

they over charge me then took without my consent another $109.99 from my account the thing does not work one big scam BEWARE

Estos bandidos te venden un dispositivo que según ellos te muestra todas la fallas del coche,pero la verdad no funciona para nada ad mas Amie engañaron porque el aparato solo cuesta 19€ y Ami me cobraron 39€ porque me vendieron un abonamento o subscripción con la cual el dispositivo te funciona pero si no tienes la subscripción el dispositivo no sirve para nada por qué no te escanea tu vehículo si no estás subscrito a su app. Yo recomiendo a las personas de no comprar este dispositivo FIXD Escáner.

Bought a FIXD for my truck. Installed it and tried to get it working but it didn't. Device was not found. Read troubleshooting and tried different things. No go. Contacted support and they suggested what I had already tried. I plugged the FIXD device into our other vehicle and tried to get it working there. Nothing. Device not found and no LED light on it indicating it was doing anything. Seems they sold me a lemon. Doesn't work. I emailed support three times asking for a refund. They went silent and do no reply. So essentially I was ripped off. I would not recommend buying from this company or a FIXD device. Garbage.

These guys are a scam told them I did not want subscription nonsense 2 times and they said it would be canceled but still charged $169 bucks .The person I talked to was a jerk Stay away from these thiefs

I wasn’t sure it would work over here in Australia but it does & it works great ! Highly recommend

The main situation is that it didn't work, and they never refunded the money. It is a trap. 2. I had two phones. One Android and one iPhone. I didn't work on either of them. When I sent an email, with screenshots of the error message, they claimed it shoulda, woulda with the next generation of the phones I had.

Best thing Ive bought in a long time. The app offers enough for free to help you solve the problem. Im in Australia and it works amazing! Love it!

If you value your money do not buy off these people. I bought one device and never paid or signed up for any sort of subscription and they have stolen $178 from my account and my bank won’t do a thing about it, I am writing this review to try and help other ppl from making the same mistake as I’ll be making an entirely new bank acc

FIXD is not a SCANNER. It’s a SCAMMER! It does not cost $30. It is pretty useless without the lifetime premium subscription charged annually at $149 without your consent!

Although the Sensor and App did not reveal any news about my 2005 Renault Master the customer service was incredible fast and fair. Wish you a lot more customers who can take advantage of your product.
