Final Rentals Reviews

We had an excellent experience with the rental at Santo Domingo. The service was professional, they met us at the airport and drove us to where we needed to go to get the car. The staff communicated on time via whatsapp and there were no hidden fees or taxes as is usually the case. Highly recommended.

Un excellent service. Véhicules dans des conditions optimales, bon service de tous les conseillers de service.

Excelente, experiencia. Gran servicio, seguro y confiable.

An excellent service. Vehicles in optimal conditions, good service from all service advisors.

Easy, efficient, honest and friendly service from start to finish. Can't rate them highly enough.

Great car rental experience. No doubts, all clear and easy. With a few clicks, you can rent a car with the insurance and extras you need. Car was clean and new. I like it and I recommend it for sure!

We did not get the car we reserved . We were given a car with broken brakes, which, as you may know, is a major safety problem considering how it is driven in the Dominican Republic. Break lights didn't work, the AC wasn't reliable, had no gas and the tire was bald and was losing air. When we complained, they provided a "better" choice, but the car was really no better than the original one. Uncontrollably shaking car due to terrible breaks, bad balance, and rotation. Ants and spiders were all over the place and the high beam lights which are indispensable here do not work as well as well as the rear windshield wiper is missing. We were accompanied by kids. When it was time to pick up the van, the manager disappeared after we protested and were promised a 2022 Stadia van. The manager (Omar) does not reply to text messages or calls. Terrible experience with this manager due to his lack of communication as well as with Gleny however, Manuel and Herly have been very understanding. It is a shame that they have to work with people that don’t seem to care about keeping the customer happy.

Very friendly, good cars, very good service.

SCAM ALERT. Aside from being horrible in customer service, treating you with disdain, being rude and hostile, they are far away from the Airport - if you are late for the reservation they will cancel your reservation and charge you extra for a new one, here´s the trick - their van from the airport is deliberately slow to pick you up trying to get you to miss the window. They charge extra hidden fees, overcharge for sun pass toll...etc etc. HORRIBLE COMPANY EMPLOYING HORRIBLE PEOPLE! They regularly do fake 5 star reviews on review sites to keep new people coming. The 2017 Toyota Corolla provided was in poor shape, full of scratches inside and out. For some strange reason the suspension was extra low, so while parking I touched the bottom of the front bumper on the sidewalk parking at my hotel, resulting in a tiny scratch. When I returned the vehicle they were quick to charge me $3000 as a repair fee guarantor fee, the excess of which would be returned after the repairs. Now after almost 4 months trying to get this back I realize this was a scam - just by seeing the state of the vehicle you can conclude they never repair their vehicles and simply keep these fees from helpless foreign customers. I have been trying to get answers on the cost of repair from them for three months, and nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Excelentes autos, buenas atenciones y un precio muy bueno.

Nice Experience.

I have been renting through different car rentals but eveytime I got any surprises while collecting the car like hidden taxes etc but finally when I rented through Finalrentals last day in abu dhabi UAE, they charged me the exact amount as mentioned on the voucher and their customer service was upto the mark and car was in very good condition and clean! I will surely rent again!

Amazing experience! Finally a reliable cars rental company! Who are not telling you “our apologies, your reservation was canceled” when you already came to pick-up a car. 10/10!

I had the opportunity to rent a car in Jamaica :) solid company!

I rented vehicle through finalrentals last month in Miami, it was really a good experience, staff were really friendly and they gave me free upgrade as well. I will surely rent again.
