SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT. Aside from being horrible in customer service, treating you with disdain, being rude and hostile, they are far away from the Airport - if you are late for the reservation they will cancel your reservation and charge you extra for a new one, here´s the trick - their van from the airport is deliberately slow to pick you up trying to get you to miss the window. They charge extra hidden fees, overcharge for sun pass toll...etc etc. HORRIBLE COMPANY EMPLOYING HORRIBLE PEOPLE! They regularly do fake 5 star reviews on review sites to keep new people coming. The 2017 Toyota Corolla provided was in poor shape, full of scratches inside and out. For some strange reason the suspension was extra low, so while parking I touched the bottom of the front bumper on the sidewalk parking at my hotel, resulting in a tiny scratch. When I returned the vehicle they were quick to charge me $3000 as a repair fee guarantor fee, the excess of which would be returned after the repairs. Now after almost 4 months trying to get this back I realize this was a scam - just by seeing the state of the vehicle you can conclude they never repair their vehicles and simply keep these fees from helpless foreign customers. I have been trying to get answers on the cost of repair from them for three months, and nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
