Great service, a reliable car. I rented a Hyundai Accent for 5 days, and it proved to be both economical and dependable. However, the procedures took longer than expected, which is the only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars.

Nous avons réservé via un site partenaire. Il semblerait que FinalRentals n'avait pas notre numéro de vol. Ils nous ont envoyé un e-mail pour l'obtenir, mais nous n'avons jamais reçu cet e-mail (après vérification, il se trouvait dans mes spams). Notre vol a eu 2h30 de retard, je n'ai pas jugé utile de les appeler, car j'étais persuadée qu'ils suivaient les vols de leurs clients, comme toute compagnie de ce type, attendant l'arrivée de voyageurs. Nous sommes donc arrivés à Zagreb à minuit et demi, avec deux enfants en bas âge, FinalRentals avait annulé notre réservation et personne ne nous attendait. Pas de voiture. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi et modifier la ville de notre première nuit. Tout ce qui nous a été suggéré a été de revenir le lendemain matin, non pas pour simplement retirer le véhicule réservé, mais pour effectuer une nouvelle réservation, à un prix bien plus cher. En tant que fournisseur de voitures de location traitant quasiment exclusivement avec des voyageurs internationaux, il serait judicieux que FinalRentals s'assure que leurs e-mails ne terminent pas dans les spams de leurs clients; et si pas, lorsqu'ils ne reçoivent pas de réponse, essayent de les joindre par téléphone, ou vérifient simplement leur pays d'origine et fassent preuve de logique, ou encore, si cela est trop compliqué, au lieu d'annuler leur réservation et de les obliger à en effectuer une nouvelle, leur offre des solutions "orientées clients". Plus jamais ce fournisseur!

I booked a car, which i was to pick up at Tirana Airport. The rental company at the Airport, tried to trick me, and lied to my face. The car which i rented several months in advanced, was unavailable because it had been rented to another party, without a reservation, to maximize profit. The reason was, they couldn't accept my credit card, though a person in front of me, in the queue, paid with an identical card. I also overheard the two employees speaking about not having any more cars. The same thing happened to another couple in from of me in the queue.

I had a fantastic experience with the rental car company. The car was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly.

We had a wonderful time in Albania, and it all began with the top-notch service from this rental agency. The staff was incredibly helpful, seamlessly upgrading us to a larger car category to accommodate our bigger group, as we had planned. I had a technical problem with my rented car on 18th of August. I called the super desk. In 2 hours the road assistance cam at my location and in few minutes fixed the car properly. That's good service. Well done

I rented a car in Tirana and it was super great! The people there were really nice and helped me quickly. The car I got was clean and in good shape. Drove perfectly the whole time. I liked that they gave me tips about cool places to visit and how to drive around.

Metto 1 stella perché 0 non si può. Abbiamo cercato l'indirizzo della compagnia che risultava vicino all'aeroporto di tirana (Albania), arrivati lì non c'era nulla. Abbiamo chiesto al parcheggiatore lì presente e alla polizia locale ma nessuno sapeva darci indicazioni su dove trovare il loro ufficio. Decido allora di contattare la compagnia telefonando al numero segnalato sulla nostra prenotazione ma nessuno ha risposto. Fine della storia? Non siamo riusciti a ritirare la macchina perché questo ufficio non si trovava. TRUFFA!!
