We did not get the car we reserved
We did not get the car we reserved . We were given a car with broken brakes, which, as you may know, is a major safety problem considering how it is driven in the Dominican Republic. Break lights didn't work, the AC wasn't reliable, had no gas and the tire was bald and was losing air. When we complained, they provided a "better" choice, but the car was really no better than the original one. Uncontrollably shaking car due to terrible breaks, bad balance, and rotation. Ants and spiders were all over the place and the high beam lights which are indispensable here do not work as well as well as the rear windshield wiper is missing. We were accompanied by kids. When it was time to pick up the van, the manager disappeared after we protested and were promised a 2022 Stadia van. The manager (Omar) does not reply to text messages or calls. Terrible experience with this manager due to his lack of communication as well as with Gleny however, Manuel and Herly have been very understanding. It is a shame that they have to work with people that don’t seem to care about keeping the customer happy.
