Nicht zu empfehlen. 1tens. Unfreundliches Personal. 2tens. Versicherung wurde nicht akztptiert (rental covers) und musste erneut eine zu hohen Konditionen abschliessen. 3tens gemietetes Auto entsprach absolut nicht der Grösse die ich angemietet hatte, was das wichtigste Kriterium für uns war. 4tens Parkschaden (unverschuldet Fahrerflucht) wurde bei der Polizei angezeigt. Selbstbehalt 500 Dollar Schaden 504 Dollar, keine Versicherung zahlte etwas trotz d Doppelversicherung. Sehr suspekte Organisation mit vielen extra Kosten. Finger weg lieber mehr ausgeben und im Endeffekt sparen plus weniger Ärger. No time again

I just booked our 3rd reservation with Finalrentals and we've had great experiences every single time. From getting picked up and dropped off by shuttles to being patient with us while we contacted our insurance to get a copy of our declaration page, to cancelling a booking. Even on email you sence their desire to help you! Amazing staff!!! Not to mention their prices have been able to beat everyone else!

There were many issues. Things they did not stipulated in the contract like removing the deposit from my bank account instead of blocking it. Giving me the car with low fuel and then expect to be full when given back. Unclear communication. Bills for the tolls that were not clear with a high service fee (not written anywhere in the contract). And they took 2 weeks to give back my deposit. Overall, low quality service and continued attempt at scamming me. I had to be tough and hard to get my money back. I would absolutely not recommend them

Update! After my original review I was quickly contacted from Head of Operations, they listened to my experience and very quickly refunded my money. They seemed genuinely concerned. In the scheme of things, the money was not much at all, it was far less than the big name companies, it was really the principle for me, and Finalrental addressed the matter. Here's what happened: My flight was delayed, I emailed them, they told me they held the car, shuttled me to the site to tell I could no longer have the price I booked because I was late, wanted to tag over $300 to what I already paid, then refused to refund me the initial charge. This was no where on the agreement at all. I also want to state the shuttle was very clean, cool air and smelled clean. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, they took me back to the airport without question as I requested, and very kind.

I had an overall good experience with Finalrentals, but it wasn't without a significant stressful hiccup. My car rental went smoothly until the last day, when I was given incorrect drop-off instructions. This led to me being taken to the wrong airport and missing my flight. It took quite a bit of back and forth to resolve the situation and get compensated for the extra expenses. However, I must say that Junar from support was very helpful and patient throughout this ordeal. His support was greatly appreciated and showed that the company does care about its customers and making things right. It did take 4 months to get everything sorted out, which was frustrating, but in the end, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Final Rentals St Lucia. Service is going be different in different places around the world. People in St Lucia are overwhelmingly friendly, helpful and accommodating, but some really stand out. Clayton is an absolute asset to his employer and to St Lucia as one of the first people a visitor may meet. Friendly, helpful, professional, efficient. No funny business or hidden charges. Car is perfectly adequate and excellent value. As an aside, over 100k km on St Lucia's roads and still going strong with working air conditioning is testament to Toyota engineering.

We rented two cars in Grenada with Finalrentals. Communications were excellent. Pick up and drop off from the airport was flexible, hassle free and friendly. The cars were clean and in good condition. There was a problem with our credit card on reversing the deposit (our issue not the rental company) meaning it took a few days to reverse. The Finalrentals team were however really excellent in the days following rental in helping us sort this. Thank you guys :)

They very kind and easy to communicate with. Not always the case in most business in SA. They were very quick to respond and very helpful.

We booked on line and I was a little skeptical about this rental. Once we got to Puerto Rico the shuttle was waiting for us. We got to the rental location and everything moved fast and easy. The people at the rental were very friendly and helpful. The car we rented was small but they gave us a bigger car and it was clean and comfortable. The car was looked over and recorded for any damage and we were on our way. We had it for a week and everything was fine. The drop off was even faster. Dropped off recorded for any damage went inside signed and the deposit was released to my credit card. Waited 5 minutes and the shuttle took us to the airport. Definitely will be using Final Rental again.

Pour réserver mon véhicule lors de mon séjour à Sainte Lucie aux Antilles, je suis passé par la centrale de réservation VIPCARS qui m’a orienté vers le prestataire FINALRENTALS. Ces derniers ne m’ont jamais mis de voiture à disposition malgré ma réservation n°R2768317299. Le 15/02/25 , ils m’ont assuré n’avoir aucune réservation à mon nom ???… Je leur ai alors envoyé la copie de cette dernière. Dans un premier temps ils ont fait les sourds. Après relance, ils ont réitéré le fait de n’avoir jamais eu de demande à mon nom. Ils ont été dans l’impossibilité de nous fournir une voiture ce qui a considérablement dégradé notre séjour. Le pire c’est qu’ils ont fini par nous sortir du « chapeau » une référence de réservation que je n’avais jamais vue ??? …je crains à ce jour, qu’il y ait en plus une manipulation pour couvrir leur erreur. À ce jour, VIPCARS a couvert sont prestataire et non son client et en plus ils ont ignoré mes relances et de ce fait, ils ne m’ont toujours pas remboursé ma caution. A fuir ! In the end, VipCars offered me a refund of my deposit and a price for a future rental.

They have terrible customer service They have terrible customer service. They try to trick you and upsell you by their “similar” wording in the contract. There’s a major difference between an outlander and outlander sport. When I rented an outlander, that’s what I expected, but they gave me a sport and we couldn’t even fit all our bags in there. When we asked to have the car we expected based off the rental they just wanted to charge more. There was another local man there he said the company does it every single day.

Requested a refund and they were quick and kind with it, something you don’t see so often with car rental agencies!

This this rental car company was fantastic and we had a great experience with them on St Lucia. They met us at the airport and the processing of the car rental was swift and easy with personal service and no waiting We were able to return the car to a different location at the Martinique ferry and we're able to collect another car and on our return from Martinique and drop it off at the airport. Again the processing of the car rental was efficient and they were waiting for us at both the ferry terminal and for pick up at the airport. We had contact details should we have any issues. The cars were older but well maintained and suited to the rough roads ofSt Lucia. We had no hassles for a normal wear and tear or other attempts at extra charges which we experienced Martinique. I I would highly recommend this car rental company for St Lucia.

Although the booking on line with the finalrentals sounded ok but the next day after the car pickup in Riyadth I realiased that one of the car tyres had been faulty while the car had been handed over to me. At the pickup the tyre air pressure warning came up with pressure being 19psi while it should be about 34psi. Key car rental, the agent, inflated the tyre and we left the airport at about 2am. The next day pressure droped gently and we were driving to Mekka about 900km from Riyadh. In Mekka pressure considerably dropped. I approched the Key car Rental in Mekka for help I was told that I have to go and fix it in the mechanic shop at my expernce. As I presisted, after an hour of wasting my time they agreed to take the car to the mechanic. Machanic found that the tryre had a puncture! something that car was handed over to me with the issue. As per contract tyre repair is not the agent responsibilty, that is why they pushed me to go and fix it myself while they gave me the car with the issue. Not an honest agent.
