Rented a car from İstanbul airport office. Definitely the best car rental company. Driver was waiting for me at the airport and took me to their office. They guy at the office was very kind and service was very fast. They gave me 2024 model brand new car. I rented a car before more than 20 countries and finalrentals istanbul airport office was the best.

I had to cancel my reservation and they refunded my money immediately. I will definitely book with them again.

Reserved a car online on 15th June 2024 for 30th December 2024 and received emailed confirmation of booking, 28th December received another email confirming car will be waiting for me at the airport..after a long eight hour flight I went to Finalrentals desk at the airport showed them my booking reference along with the email confirmation. To my horror they said they had no record of my booking, and didn't have any more cars available. I was stranded at the airport, luckily enough I was able to get a car from another car rental company, at an inflated price as it was a last minute booking. Would I go through the process again absolutely NOT.

The prices were great, the car not so much. The battery cables were not fastened well and we had to deal with a disconnected battery as well as legally bald tires and a tire light that came on and wouldn’t turn off despite adding air to the tires

The most bad experience of car rental , its scam and they take from me alot of money and all the secuirty amount , my advise for everyone never try this any more

The whole rental experience was excellent.. Although there was some waste of time on receiving the car, when there were a problem in the first car I received, but they brought me another car with an upgrade. Also I have returned the car one day earlier and they returned to me a sum of money equivalent to the reduced day.

Pague un seguro del vehículo, y al momento de llegar a la agencia me dijeron que no funcionaba dicho seguro, tuve que pagar otro en la.recogida del.vehiculo. Me exigieron que enviara pruebas desde el primer día para hacer el retorno, nunca me regresaron el dinero, en pocas palabras me estafaron

After arriving in puerto rico for my vacation I had made reservations with finalrentals and found out that my reservations were canceled I had to make new reservations with the rental company at a much more expensive rate. Had to get a hold of finalrentals the following day in which I was completely refunded.The reason for the cancelation was because I arrived at 12 am the following day and not 12pm which was a 12 hold difference; anyway finalrentals was gracious enough to refund my money based on this experience I would highly recommend finalrentals

I recently had to rent a car last minute in the UK, and honestly I’m so glad I found and chose Finalrentals. The whole experience was actually surprisingly smooth and stress-free. The team was super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my last minute request. The vehicle I received was in excellent condition and perfect for my needs. I appreciated transparency through the process and what I saw online was exactly what I got. The pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, which is a huge plus when you’re in a hurry. While my overall experience was fantastic, I believe there is always room for improvement. It would be great if they could offer a loyalty program for frequent renters (if they don't already have this, I haven't actually checked). I reckon this addition could enhance customer retention and reward those of us who come back time and again but honestly, I had a fantastic experience overall and will definitely be using Finalrentals again in the future. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable car rental service.

Buen servicio con mi alquiler de coche en Costa Rica

Finalrentals fue una experiencia muy positiva y rápida. Su plataforma es intuitiva y eficiente, lo que me permitió gestionar el alquiler de vehículos de manera ágil y sin complicaciones. El proceso de reserva fue sencillo, y la entrega y recogida del coche fueron puntuales. Además, la atención al cliente fue excelente, resolviendo cualquier duda de manera eficiente. En resumen, todo el proceso fue fluido y sin contratiempos.

Hice mi reserva en San Juan, Puerto Rico y todo anduvo de maravillas. Lo volvería a elegir sin lugar a dudas
