As an OAP I was nervous about the legal side of things. Amy was very helpful and was available if I needed any assistance with documentation. The whole process was made very straightforward.

Do not work with this company they are awful. They are not transparent about their legal cost. They are all over the place, slow and do not follow up with the right information. We asked them to renounce working for us, which they finally did. We have new solicitors to do our mums probate and they did this in 3 months.

I had to keep chasing up progress

Lauren as promised telephoned me at the time agreed and guided me through the process effortlessly. As someone who is not particularly IT savvy she told me which particular pages to complete in a calm friendly and professional manner to put me at ease. Thank you Lauren
