Rubinstein was very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets in two bedrooms 2 hall ways and 3 area rugs.

Our Handyman was very professional and helpful.

2 very hard workers mowed big lawn, strimmed wild area, and my garden looks great. All in 2 hours

I would give minus stars if I could. This is my second stint with this company. Last time I had a big let down - lost the £300 with their famous fantastic plan and got apologies but no refund. Then I stopped using them - this was over 3 years ago. I thought the reviews were better so they would have improved but hell no! I had to make a last minute cancellation for my services and accepted the £30 cancellation fee. Clearly the request was actioned as the cleaner didn’t turn up, but was charged £92 for the full session! I then emailed to cancel my plan ( I am not in their fantastic club so can cancel anytime) and asked for my £62 refund. They called in the middle of my work and said they cannot call after 5! I said I have cancelled this plan last week- please action it. Today I get a text saying the cleaner has been changed ( another theme) and a new one will come at scheduled time! I am fed up of their poor customer care and selective actioning and wonder if there is an ombudsman to escalate their appalling service to?
