They did everything I asked for and even went a bit further, tidying up extra bits I didn’t mention. Really appreciated that – made a big difference. Would definitely use them again.
Booking on the phone was a bit difficult as the operators didn’t seem to understand what I wanted and tried to sell me something else and there was lots of back and forth. I went ahead with the service as couldn’t find another alternative at such short notice. However the actual cleaning team who came were indeed “fantastic” and achieved exactly what I’d wanted from the beginning, so I’m very happy from that point of view!

Ivan was here attending to a blockage in the downstairs loo when a pipe burst And water poured through the kitchen. He took immediate action to turn off the water and tried to find the source. He cleared up the flood and returned later to fix the leak. He is a great plumber and a kind, decent man . He saved me from a horrible situation.
