Roshani carried out a thorough clean within the allotted time frame. I was kept upto date on their arrival time via messages. She did a great job, took direction well and was very professional.

Good communication- they let me know exactly when they were arriving. Professional and courteous. Trimmed the hedges well and left everything tidy.

You cannot book services for the time you want, there's always a window and no guarantee when they will arrive which doesn't work for me as I am busy with other things. They seem to take too much money out and don't refund the difference if it works out cheaper than expected yet be so quick to charge you if it ends up costing more... Be careful with the annual membership. I had in my calendar a reminder to cancel renewal a couple of weeks before renewal date but apparently its their policy to take the annual renewal payment one month PRIOR to actual renewal date...

Making an appointment with Fantastic Services was quick, easy and efficient. Unfortunately they couldn’t make the appointment I made so they contacted me early on in the day to advise me of this and reschedule. I missed their call. I later called back and couldn’t get in touch with the right team. I left a message and they promptly called me back and rearranged for the following day. Kolio, who was carrying out the valet turned up a couple of minutes early and professionally carried out his job leaving no trace that he had been there. Everything was left as found. Kolio was professional, friendly, polite and did a great job of my fridge and washing machine. As I live in central London I had to pay for the parking. Which I thought was fair.

Even in this heat Valentina did not complain and did a wonderful job.

What a pleasure to have this team. So helpful and with ideas for future garden planning. Very pleased with everything they did. Tidy, on time, worked so hard during a hot day!

I had a list of what I wanted to be done, they were very good at doing what was required particularly on such a hot day in a south facing garden. I was very pleased when they left.

Excellent service

There is absolutely nothing fantastic about this service. End of Tenancy clean was not clean, still cobwebs, dust and no sort of deep clean. When returning to finish the job, cleaners were making rude comments about me in their native tongue. Was also charged a no-show fee for carpet cleaning when they showed up 2.5hrs late.

Overall Fantastic Cleaners: ★★★☆☆ (3/5 Stars) While the window cleaning itself was exceptional, my experience with the overall service provider left a bit to be desired. There was some confusion regarding the terms of agreement, which were unfortunately sent after the transaction was completed. Additionally, there was a lack of clarity around parking provision prior to the appointment. While these issues were easily sorted on the day, clearer communication upfront from the main office would greatly improve the experience. Window Cleaner (Individual Service): ★★★★★ (5/5 Stars) Absolutely outstanding! Our window cleaner truly deserves a five-star rating. Their attention to detail was flawless; every single pane of glass sparkled. We have a considerable number of windows, and their tireless effort was remarkable – they worked non-stop until every last one was gleaming. What truly stood out was their incredible customer service; they effortlessly handled the minor parking issue themselves, with a friendly and professional attitude. We couldn't be happier with the results of their hard work!
