I was honestly skeptical in the beginning, but I did some research and decided to trust Fanatical to buy Hogwarts Legacy, a game I’ve had my eyes on ever since the release but never got the courage to buy it. I can say that everything worked incredibly well, I got my game key immediately and am now happy playing the game I’ve always wanted to play :) I wasn’t willing to pay 70€ on a game, it’s just an unreal number for some people like me, let’s be honest. But when I saw the discount I was so happy because I could actually afford it and everything in the game has been going pretty smoothly so far. 100% worth it, I absolutely recommend! I love reliable websites that think about the struggles people confront every day, Hogwarts Legacy has been my escape from reality lately and I’m so glad I discovered Fanatical and was able to purchase for a great price!

Easy process

Fanatical is the best website for buying games. Before you buy something off your steam wishlist, you should definitely go to fanatical and there's a chance your game will be on the site for MUCH cheaper. Great site, easy to navigate, new sales everyday! All keys work 100% of the time. Perfection!

The pricing on games when they have a sale and they beat other competitors prices, a place where you feel appreciated and care for there customers.

I never had a frustrating time buying cheap games until I came across Fanatical. I used humble bundle, Indiegala, I bought many games on steam as well and never have I ever been wrongfully banned on any of them. But Fanatical's awful AI detection for "fraud" ruined my account, I can't even use it anymore. I contacted support only to be ghosted. Now I'm forced to contact support just to delete my account that ghosted me forever. Very unprofessional, and by far the worst gaming company; they make EA look like saints. Most of my orders were under "manual review" where they just outright cancel it altogether. Rarely have I ever gotten an order approved. Who gets to determined that? Unfair and systematic racism process they use to review orders. (My real name is not at all American passing). This company wants your data, avoid at all costs. Do not even pay attention to the bots spamming 5 stars reviews to this fraudulent company. I went through the trouble of being verified so people can take heed of my warning. AVOID!

Fantastic prices and great service - my go-to place to buy games

It was nice to buy Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta for 50 dollars instead of 69 dollars. I never liked the price hikes from 59 to 69 dollars especially when it comes to physical copies almost costing 80 dollars here in california. Out of principals I almost never buy new games now. So the fact this was 50 dollars and I got a free cool horror game on top of that was pretty nice despite the fact Im starting to hate fanatical for their mystery bundles because they're still a rip off even now. Why? Because they advertise their bundles to get a chance to win a new triple A game but that literally never happens. But its still really great that they're selling a new game for 20 dollars off with 1 new free mystery game.

I've been a customer for over a decade when they were known as Bundle Stars. Only had one error that they corrected with a full refund while giving me the game I ordered. I can only give praise about their amazing deals.

Heb vroeger meerdere bundels gekocht toen het nog onder Bundlestars viel. Recent probeerde ik een paar games ervan te activeren, maar geen ervan werkt meer! Ik ben nu al een week bezig om support over te halen hier iets aan te doen, maar niemand die mij wil helpen. Geen geld terug, geen store-credit, niks. Is toch makkelijk om zo 100 games te verkopen, eh? Ik raad aan hier niks te kopen. Door de slechte ervaring met customer support kwam ik er namelijk ook achter dat er in hun 'terms and conditions' staat dat ze het recht hebben om je aankopen weg te nemen. Ook staat daar dat je je spullen binnen 30 dagen moet activeren, daarna heb je geen rechten meer. Gaat dit niet tegen de Europese wetten in?

I just bought some games today, I got a Steam key that already used by another account. I contacted the customer support. They replied and send me a new key very fast. Best place to have a good deals for game with the best customer support ever!

Titles saved in your basket are not 'reserved' for any period of time, which is simply unacceptable. I was unable to complete a transaction despite the item being in stock when I added it to my basket. After my purchase was rejected, the page hung indefinitely. Very disappointed.

I decided to try out the Fanatical Mystery Key bundle, hoping for at least one decent game. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. Out of all the keys I received: Two of the games had already been given away for free in the past, so getting them here felt like a waste. Four of the games were simply bad – titles I would never have bought on my own, and now I understand why they’re being bundled like this. The remaining games were somewhat “good” in name only, but when I checked their prices on other third-party sites like GG.deals, they were extremely cheap. So even the “better” games aren’t really a win when you consider the actual value. The odds of getting one of the premium or high-value games seem incredibly low – if they even exist in the pool at all. It feels more like a way to offload unwanted keys than a genuine mystery bundle with exciting potential. Save your money – you’re better off handpicking games on sale elsewhere

They'll advertise great deals on games to get your account made and then make the process for getting them so bad that you never use their crappy website again. It goes into "manual review" for seemingly all new customers. They get your data for free.

I had an excellent experience with Fanatical and their support team. I ran into some unusual trouble getting my payment to go through, not their fault, as Navy Federal Gift Cards don’t work outside the USA and Fanatical is hosted in the UK. Despite that, Steve and the team were patient, professional, and really went the extra mile to help me figure it out and make sure I could still get the deal I wanted. The site itself is easy to navigate, and the discounts are fantastic, often better than any other platform. Fanatical is usually the first place I check for big savings. Most recently, I pre‑ordered Killing Floor 3 Elite Nightfall Edition, which normally costs $79.99, and got it here for $67.99. As a longtime fan of Tripwire’s Killing Floor series, that meant a lot to me. Now, I'm ready to go as a hard fan of Tripwire's Killing Floor Series. I’ll absolutely keep coming back for more deals.
