I have just had EYG hard wood windows done as I am in a conservation area, The 2 men who came to do the job were excellent. They were Polite,professional, clean, and very efficient. I can,t thank John Shepherd and Peter Demian enough for their excellent work. I would recommend EYG to anyone who needs hard wood windows.

The service we received from the quote, surveyor and fitting was excellent from start to finish. The fitting team Lewis and Liam were chatty, funny and very polite and completed the fitting of our new front door and frame efficiently with no mess at all! Since we had a bad experience with another company several years ago we have used EYG ourselves and for our sons house, the quality of their is of a very high standard. Great quality fittings and prompt service

Paul and Andy arrived and got straight on the fitting our door which we are very pleased with and they left everywhere clean and tidy. We are very happy with the finished door . Just as we like our front door fitted last year mr and Mrs J Beal

I ordered a new rear door and frame including fitting and the price was very competitive. Another company had told me that it would not be possible to make or fit a door, EYG had no problem meeting my requirements. They rang to arrange a day and time for fitting and arrived exactly as agreed. The door and fixtures were exactly as specified and the fitting team were great. The two who carried out the work were, Lewis and Liam. Their work cannot be faulted. They were polite and respectful, a nice change these days. They carried out the fitting quickly and efficiently, adjusting the door lock to enable me to use it without strain. On completion they cleaned up the area they had been working in. Overall a great experience from two ambassadors for their company. If you want an EYG door fitting then be sure to ask for them. I recommend both the team and the company for their high standards.

I am leaving EYG 1 star because I am sick and tired of spam emails from them. We asked for a quote 2 years ago but did not go with them. Since then every week new emails appear, we have pressed unsubscribe on numerous occasions, I have rung them to ask to remove my email address again numerous times. Promises that they have removed my details, false as I continue to get their annoying spam. Do not use the company unless you want to be spammed to death for the rest of your life. Update: Followed their advice below, we will see if they remove my address, until that happens this review stays!

The two chaps who fitted the french windows were efficient and wasted no time and just got on with the job.Cleared up everything afterwards.have already recommended your firm to near neighbour.EYG have now replaced all our windows and exterior doors and porches.extremely pleased with quality of windows and workmen.thank you.

Sales were very honest ad helpful and gave a competitive price. The installation went seamlessly. Fitters ere excellent.

A good service, no issues with workmanship other than incorrect door handle was ordered so this will have to fitted on a revisit

An excellent job, the best quality materials were used. The workmen were highly skilled and polite. It was inconvienient however that the Project got started two months later than originally agreed.

Exceptional service from start to finish from initial survey, through to additional upgrades, then the fitting teams that was very professional, polite & helpful @ All times, nothing was a problem & they went the extra mile. I had 2 bedroom windows replaced on a wet, windy morning.The 2 workmen did a thoroughly professional job, putting down dust sheets etc so they left no mess whatsoever.I am delighted with the result and every one of the EYG staff I dealt with, right from the initial consultation, were very good - no hard sell, just listened to what I needed.Excellent

I chose EYG as I had used them before. This time I requested a rushed delivery in order to fit into other building work. I was told this was approved by the area manager. I found the problem with EYG was that you deal with 3 different departments, the initial costing visit, the surveyor and then the installation team, who don't seem to pass on or share information. It felt very impersonal and promises made, i.e., a quicker installation date, didn't happen. The window itself is fine.

The did excellent job and in a very good time, also the workers in general were very professional and great amount of care and skills, Very well done job.

Fast efficient installation..good price quality products,I have no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent service installation by two friendly guys

Bit of a mixed review, we’re happy with the product now it’s fitted, all windows and doors look amazing. Now for the negatives, didn’t appreciate the phone call asking for an extra £590 because the salesman didn’t realise it cost more to fit windows into a dormer, after all contracts signed and survey completed. Needless to say I refused. We asked for five keys for front door, received three and two blanks, that should have been explained at the beginning, obviously not a deal breaker, but clarity from the beginning would have been appreciated. Lastly surveyor promised something that wasn’t feasible. On the whole pleased with the product, just feel let down with customer care.
