From the Salesman right the way through to the installation team every thing was completed in a professional & timely manner. Would always recommend EYG.

Did a fantastic job. It was raining and kept working through it. They were extremely respectful of the covid-19 safety measures.

Gary and Jack came today. What pleasant professionals they were from start to finish. Despite the terrible weather, they got the job done without complaining. Positive, lovely people.

Fitters came bright and early on days agreed and just got on with it, even though weather was appalling!!! Very tidy and efficient. Surveyer had recommended some changes to the window openings compared to what we wanted. Glad we listened! The result is better than I could have imagined. Good all round service.

Very good service from all workmen. The fitters were courteous and very hard working. All workmen arrived when they said they would and came back the next day to rectify a minor problem. We were told by all employees that EYG pride themselves in customer service and if we ever have a problem to get in touch and they would be there ASAP. Just hope that if we ever do have a problem they live up to their very good reputation.

I recently had a back door fitted and I am very pleased with the work carried out. The workmen were friendly and very quick and cleared up after themselves. I would recommend EYG.

On Wednesday the 3rd June my new front door was due to be fitted. Unfortunately due to an error the new door frame was produced to the wrong size. The fitters Regan & Ben were amazing and made the temporary frame and door safe and secure while a new frame was produce on an emergency turn around. The next Thursday (11th June) Ben & Regan returned with the new frame and made a superb job of fitting it. They were clean, tidy workers with amazing personalities and a keen understanding and execution of the current social distancing requirements. I would like to thank them both for their outstanding workmanship and service recovery when things went wrong (with the original frame).

Recently we had our upstairs windows replaced by Paul & Andy we would recommend them for the standard of work and how friendly they were.

pleased with our new conservatory. all concerned in the construction did a good job and were easy to get on with, in spite of the impending lockdown. some delay in the finishing touches but this was beyond the control of eyg. now its done we can enjoy it

Very good service speedy and professional. My only concern was they did not wear any protective equipment i e masks. Very pleased with door.

We had our windows replaced today and a door and a window on the garage. Steve and Mike were the fitters. They were great. Arrived early both days and got straight on with it. Friendly and polite. They did a fantastic job. Quality of windows outstanding. So happy with them. This is the second time we have used EYG and would definitely use again.

Neil & Kai fitted our patio doors, they are both very professional, polite, friendly and their work is excellent. The patio doors look very good and we are very pleased with the work done.

We were extremely pleased with the way in which your fitters worked considering the covid situation they social distanced and kept us informed as to where they needed to be. Every thing left neat and tidy at the end of the job.

wo had EYG to replace our windows the work men worked very hard they left no mess at all cleaned up before they went they were very polite arrived on time I would recommend these men to any one EYG should be proud of there work force and ray was a star

We had a replacement back door installed almost six years ago and have recently had problem with the lock, must say that their response to my email was excellent. Nicola replied the next day and the day after Tony had fixed my problem, that’s what I call service.

Father and Son team arrived when expected, got stuck in and finished the job in no time at all. Sheeted everything up beforehand so no mess inside and what little mess there was outside was quickly tidied up on completion. Almost as if they had never been there, apart from the new windows of course. Well done.
