My 5-year-old system developed a crack in the case causing water to flood under my sink. Not sure why the auto-shutoff didn't work but a repairman may have knocked it over. Anyway, I immediately ordered a new one as it is absolutely the best tasting water ever. With the Memorial Day weekend coming up I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive on time so I asked support and it shipped out immediately and arrived just 2 days later via Fed-Ex. It took me a day longer to repair the damage under the sink. Very pleased all around.

there was an error in shipping my order the next day as requested and paid for> so the next day when I called when it did not arrive on time, the lady shipped me a new set of filters the next day and said she will refund me my expedited charge which I did not receive yet, other than the mishap about getting filters on time and getting the refund for the charge everything was very good and professional , received the filter late and another set just came in today that was sent wrong initially

after a little over a year, our unit imploded one evening, resulting in a flooded basement and thousands of dollars in damages. The company's response? we can send a new unit, but our warranty absolves us of any responsibility for your losses and damages. You are on your own. Disappointing that they refuse to stand behind their products

Thus far I have had no issues or complaints about the filters or setup. I have had this system for 1 year now and about to install my 3rd set of filters. So far so good. I do need to get the meter reading before my next install so I’ll know how many gallons of water I am sending through them over a set time period.

The product is well priced and attractive, and seems extremely well made. The plumber who installed for me was very impressed. He objected to my purchase of a separate sediment filter, which was pushed as a low price add on at checkout. His objection was that my anti scale system already performs this function. I had called Express Water 3 times over the course of a week or more prior to purchase. I was seeking assistance in designing the best system for my need to reduce hard water as well as purify. I never recd any response which is why I had to select my own system and therefore purchased the redundant sediment filter. Failure to respond to emails or telephone messages, especially when I said it was to solicit help in selecting a system, is why I reduced my review by 1 star. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the system

Manual does not match filters and the SED and ACD filters are look completely symmetrical yet the manual cautions to insert in the correct direction of flow. The KED filter is not symetrical but the manual is not clear on which direction is correct. Plus, there is an Open / Close indicator at the top of one end and the manual doesn't say what to do with it. Your filters should have a clearly marked arrow to indicate the water flow direction or to indicate which end should be "up" in the canister. You also need to update your manuals.

We purchased a whole house filtration unit and replacement filters over the years. Every purchase has been hassle free. I love the speed at which they fill their orders!

Express water was very responsive regarding my questions in what model to buy. the installation of the whole house filter was very simple and straight forward. Our well water immediately tasted a lot better. After a couple of weeks, the sediment filter had a lot of sediment on it, so great to see that it is doing its job.
