Had a video call arranged with them that I cancelled an appointment for. I received two texts and two emails reminding ME of the appointment, then THEY never turned up for the appointment. How can you trust someone with the sale of your house when they can't show up for an appointment they arranged. They text saying they can re-arrange for Monday and I have given my availability but like the other reviews in the same situation, I don't think ill get another response.
Our house had been on the market for 9 months with local agents before we decided to try a different approach with Express Estate Agents. It was our best ever experience of an estate agent. They kept in contact with us at every step of the way with us never having to chase them up. From first contact with Chantelle, then James L keeping us informed of buyers reactions and ultimately closing the sale, then Carmine following through once we had a sale, The team were really on it. Massively impressed. Would recommend.
Was in touch with Lucy with regards to property for sale and she has been excellent in follow up and arranging the necessary bits. Like mortgage advisor, property viewing, conveyancing solicitors etc.
Charlie Stafford has been a massive help! I’m a first time buyer proceeding on my own and while the offer process was a bit nerve racking for me Charlie made me feel comfortable throughout it. He’s been very proactive from booking in my viewing to putting my offer forward. He explained exactly what I needed in order to proceed with the sale and now I’m left with my mind at ease. Fantastic service! I’m a very happy customer.

Chantelle was efficient and professional. She gave useful information clearly and succinctly explaining process and options very well, keeping video link time to the minimum required and did not try to push actions onto us. Very impressed

The online appointment went well, unfortunately when I received a follow-up email with the contract and conditions I clicked on the attachment a sign-in page came on the screen. I clicked on this page which then told me I had signed the contract and I couldn't now gain access to the terms and conditions within the contract. I have put things on hold until I can access to the details of contract.

I messaged the email address of the member of staff allocated to my account multiple times, regarding queries, without any response. I also rang the organisation multiple times without any response from any members of staff. The organisation only responded when my solicitor contacted them, which caused delays to the finalising of the sale of the property.

Megan has found us a genuine buyer who we are happy to sell to all be at a greatly reduced price. Had considerable obstacles to deal with but Megan has so far exceeded expectations. It has been a pleasure to liaise with Megan and we hope it hasn’t been too difficult for her achieving our sale
