I'm converted!
Having been very nervous about trusting an online estate agent, I made initial contact by telephone and was offered a video call with Berfin who soon allayed my fears. She was brilliant; answering all my questions (via email and during the call) and put me at ease. The competence and professionalism she demonstrated, and the advice she gave, was the reason I decided to go ahead and list the property with Express Estate Agency. I was then passed onto the sales team and was, again, extremely impressed with the competence, professionalism and the excellent communication demonstrated by Jess. I really felt that she was "on the case" and as determined to get the property sold as we were. The fact that she was working diligently on our behalf was obvious, and reassuring, and I appreciated the updates on where we were up to and the speed of her communication when we were negotiating with the buyer as well as the friendly manner in which she gave it. A buyer was duly found and we moved to the 'progression' stage. Of course, there were a few anxious moments, which are to be expected when selling a house, but the progression team did their job well and completion took place about 14 weeks after we first marketed the property. I'm grateful to be on the other side of it now but the house selling journey was made easy by a very competent team and I would definitely consider using Express Estate Agency again in the future.
