We were one hour early at the airport and called the company to see if it was possible to get the car earlier as well. They said that they would do the best to arrive earlier. Instead they came 30 minutes later than our booked time, due to heavy traffic. Getting the car was an easy and quick process. We looked trough the car and the woman wrote down every scratch so we didn't need to pay for it later. The car worked perfectly. At the last day we wanted to leave the car 2 hours earlier, so we call them and the woman said that we should call 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. She came there, looked over the car and then left. Quick process. Except the late arrival at the first day, I think it's a good company to lend a car from. They were easy to call and very helpful. It was easy to understand where to meet up to get and to leave the car.

Place. Przychodzi potwierdzenie że mam ubezpieczenie w cenie.
Przychodzi czas odbioru samochodu i kobieta chce ode mnie 1200pln na ubezpieczenie.
Do tego 5k pln depozytu zamiast umówionego 3.5k. Pewnie myslala ze jak jest 11 w nocy to zapłacę bo gdzie się podzieje o tej porze.

Estuvimos esperando la recogida por más de una hora, no estuvieron esperándome con el auto a la hora acordada. El teléfono que.me dieron no funcionaba. Solo después de llamar a la central conseguí que me vengan a buscar. En la entrega si se comunicaron pero llegaron 50 minutos tarde. Según contraté era entrega VIP. pero la verdad es que fue un desastre. No sirve. No volveré a contratar el servicio.
Surtout ne louer pas de cette société.Ils affichent des petits prix pour les locations.Une fois sue vous êtes à l’aéroport ils vous prennent en voiture à l’extérieur de l’aéroport assez loin environ 10-15 min en voiture.Une fois que vous êtes dans leurs bureaux ils commence à vous demander des cautions,franchises…astronomiques et même que vous acceptez tout, ils font semblant de prendre une garantie sur votre carte de crédit et à la fin ils vous disent que la carte n’accepte pas la garantie.Ensuite ils vous disent qu’ils peuvent louer la voiture à condition que le prix de la location par passera de 5-10 € à 70-80€ par jours.
Je suis retourné à l’aéroport pour louer une voiture d’une société internationales ( Europcar )mais pas une société turque !
Et encore une chance ,après avoir expliqué tout à car-jet ,car-jet à rembourser mon acompte.
Above all, do not rent from this company. They display low prices for rentals. Once you are at the airport, they pick you up by car outside the airport, quite far away, about 10-15 minutes by car. Once you are in their offices, they start asking you for deposits, excesses... astronomical and even that you accept everything, they pretend to take a guarantee on your credit card and at the end they tell you that the card does not accept the guarantee. Then they tell you that they can rent the car on condition that the rental price will go from 5-10 € to 70-80 € per day.
I returned to the airport to rent a car from an international company (Europcar) but not a Turkish company!
And again lucky, after explaining everything to car-jet, car-jet refunded my deposit
Highly recommended car rental company. Even they do not have their office at the terminal, they are working fast, efficiently and make everything for you hustle free. Young and professional team, which made my transition from Krakow airport to my final destination smooth and easy. Will use them again.

Wszystko prawidłowo, przy odbiorze auta należy pamiętać, żeby odblokować sobie limit na karcie płatniczej do wysokości depozytu.(jeśli ktoś oczywiście sobie taki limit ustawia)
