I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Went into the east worthing branch today to get Facias, soffits and all the bits. I've never fitted these before. I was served by David, and stayed past the end of his shift to help explain my options to me, give me tips on installation and generally sharing his experience. I actually made him late for his plans and he didn't even mention this once until I brought it up. Top bloke. Thanks David! Then the manager (didnt catch his name.) Did me a good price on the total as I'd needed quite a bit, and helped me figure out how to load it all in my van. All in all would reccomend. Thanks guys!

I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. The service is superb, quick delivery, easy return and replacement after I ordered the wrong size. It’s such a refreshing change to deal with a company who put their customers first.

I could not fault the experience and professionalism from start to finish. I have shopped around and Eurocell certainly stood out from the quality, price, and the installation time. Firstly, Robin came for a home visit which was reassuring from a customers point of view, he was very friendly, helpful and honest, and also helped with the finishing design touches. I felt instantly confident with this company. The team that installed it, Jez and Terance were fantastic. They were prompt, hard working, well mannered and total perfectionists in their work. Highly experienced and skilled. They left the garden room and their work area spotless. I would highly recommend Eurocell and their team. Very happy customers

Web site gave location of branches that had stock of item I requested, visited said site and was informed it was an order only part, then went onto website click and collect option not easy to navigate in my experience, however order and delivery was much easier
